Beachfront holiday rentals in Benidorm

The apartment is exactly as shown on the listing. It's clean, tidy and has plenty of space. It's within walking distance of everything you need. There's plenty to do locally and the hosts are very attentive and helpful. I would happily stay again.

The place is way better than the pics. Imaculate place, super clean, really quite, no noise, great swimming pool, easy parking. We were 5 people and we had enough space for everybody. 2 good rooms and splendid bathroom. Segundo is a really good host always responds quick, he gives clear and straight instructions, he makes goods suggestions and obviously he knows the area pretty well. 100% recommended. We will repeat without any doubt.

It's a lovely area, it's in a residential neighborhood, so you'll meet a lot of locals. It's definitely not an area for people with walking difficulties, but very charming. Marlena and Gøran are very sweet and helpful.

The accommodation has a fantastic views of Benidorm and the sea, especially the sunrises were particularly beautiful to watch. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very clean. I didn't really use the kitchen, but it was definitely sufficiently equipped. Communication was always smooth, and they always responded quickly and helped. The fantastic accommodation exceeded my expectations, highly recommended!

Beautiful apartment set in a great part of Benidorm away from the strip but easy walk to everything. It’s on the 15th floor but lifts were great and the view is just amazing. Everything was as described and they got the apartment ready for us early on arrival day. 7 of us managed easily with 2 doubles 1 twin and pull out sofa although we didn’t spend much time there as weather was lovely. Highly recommend.

Alex, went above and beyond in every way—from the warm welcome and personalized local recommendations to the little touches that made the space feel like home. Communication was clear, prompt, and kind throughout, and I felt genuinely cared for. Whether you’re passing through or planning a longer stay, I couldn’t recommend this place more. It’s rare to find a place where both the space and the host make such a lasting impression. I’ll absolutely be back!

We have just come back from a 4 night stay at this apartment. Upon arrival we were greeted by Jessy. On entering the apartment, you get the WOW moment when you see the view. The whole apartment was lovely, very clean and well stocked -even providing beach bags with beach towels in them. We asked for more hangers (as 4 ladies sharing) and we had them that evening. Great location. Great host. Would definitely recommend.

This apartment is in a perfect location in new town around the corner from the indoor market. The apartment itself was easy to get to and Amadeo had someone to meet you and show you around the apartment and how to use the cooking hob. The place was spotless. There was tea coffee and a bottle of Red wine on arrival. The Internet has good speed and the tv is a good size and adjustable on the wall bracket. The bathroom has a walk in shower toilet and sink. The bed is a good size and really comfy. This place is perfectly located you have several bars restaurants and supermarkets just around the corner. Lidls is a short walk away. Amadeo responds very quickly when messaged but you do have a reliable person that you can contact who is on hand if you need anything. I would definitely highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for self catering apartment near the main area for entertainment shopping and of course the beach which is a few minutes away. I'm definitely booking again.

Absolutely loved this apartment. Chose to stay here after a wedding in Altea and travelling with 2 under 2 we didn’t want to venture much further, just wanted somewhere nice and by the beach. Chose the stay basically based on this apartment that looked lovely. Josep was very accommodating with a high chair and cot (we brought a cot ourselves for our 2nd). This apartment block looked the nicest we saw along the beach front and the apartment itself one of the best with a huge terrace and a second balcony. The terrace really fantastic. Right by the beach. New and modern. Clean and provided basic amenities - body wash, hand soap, cleaning products, a welcome basket which is always nice. David - Josep’s friend had to let us in as he explained key boxes are not actually legal anymore. He was very thorough showing us the apartment for a few mins and also allowed us early checkin which we appreciated so much with our 2 babies. We loved it - thank you!

We booked Emilia’s place for one night in Benidorm whilst in Spain - and it was absolutely perfect! I can’t recommend it enough, location was perfect, the parking was great, the place was so clean and easily accessible. Exactly what we wanted. Emilia was fantastic too, always available and extremely helpful whenever we needed her! Meeting her to get the keys was so easy and it went seamlessly. Would definitely book here again!

Lovely place, great location, close to beach, highly recommended.

Myself and two other friends stayed in the apartment. the apartment was in a great locatin, one block back from the beach. There was an excellent supermarket within 5 minutes walk and plenty of other shops within the locality. The aprtment was clean and so well equipped with everything that you could possibly wish for. There was a welcome pack which included far more that I have received in any other airBnB - coffee pods, tea bags, water, bottles of pop, washing up liquid and clothes washing liquid to mention just a few, but there was so much, I can't list it all. The apartment was safe with a fabulous view of the sea from the eighth floor. air conditioning was very effective, warm shower, seperate toilet and washing machine room with an ample-sized balcony. The pool area was clean and very calm - no racing for sunbeds because you take your own that Juan and Maria provide. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment - excellent value, well equipped and amazing commuication too

Just stayed at Maria’s place with all our family 6 adults and one 10 month old and this place is brilliant Super clean and well furnished and modern with everything you could need. The pool was our highlight we used it constantly The villa is also only 10 minute walk from all the restaurants and bars and nice little beach aswell. Can’t recommend it enough Thanks Maria

Great location between old town, the strip and the beach. The apartment was squeaky clean and exactly as described. We were also given a larger apartment than we were expecting, which was a bonus! I would stay here again if we come back to Benidorm

Great stay in a charming, rustic, villa. The location is perfect for exploring the Levante beach area. The villa is really big. Exceeded expectations. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic stay at the Sunset Waves apartment in Benidorm. The place was clean, modern, and very well-equipped – perfect for our group of four adults and two small children. The location is great, with easy access to the beach, pools, and nearby restaurants. Everything worked smoothly during our stay, and communication with the host was easy and efficient. One important tip: if you’re using the underground parking, make sure to drive the car out before you return the keys to the apartment on departure day – otherwise, you won’t be able to exit the garage. All in all, a wonderful stay – we would happily return!

Patricia's apartment is large and the location is fantastic. We were greeted by her mother Vicenta, a lovely woman who was very attentive to us. The views are spectacular. Very comfortable beds and everything was very clean. We would definitely repeat.

Me and my son stayed at Dennis’s apartment and it was great. Location was perfect, it had everything we needed, apartment is as described and is right in the centre off Benidorm so is local to all clubs, bars, restaurants etc. Dennis is very responsive and helpful as was Natalia who spoke with us about check in and any questions we had. All in all a great stay and would not hesitate to rebook again.
