Maison particulière est située dans un quartier tranquille et paisible, à 15-20 minutes à pied et à 3 - 5 minutes en voiture du centre du village et de la plage. Vous pouvez vous y rendre en bus, les arrêts aller comme retour sont à 50m du logement. De la terrasse arrière vous avez vue à la montagne et de la terrasse avant vous avez une vue panoramique sur la mer et le village. La gare d'un petit train se trouve à 100 m du logement, idéal pour visiter Denia ou Altea.
