Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Benidorm

Had a wonderful stay! The apartment has such a good location, in the most beautiful area of Alicante Center and few minutes away from the beach and port. The street however was quiet and there was plenty of shadow , not needing the AC on. It is close to great restaurants and bars, has a small supermarket and a small restaurant right downstairs. The apartment is wonderful decorated by Thea, the designer who welcome us and who who found the perfect way to integrate the day and night areas in such a comfortable and elegant way. Everything was perfectly clean looking brand new. The communication was great, both Frans and Thea were helping proactively with recommendations and tips.

Absolutely amazing stay at Dorian’s place. The location is perfect, you are practically on the beach! It is about 30 min walk to the centre, but we actually preferred being this side of the rock and away from the business. Dorian has provided everything you need for your stay, the apartment is decorated beautifully and was spotlessly clean. Of course as it is an apartment in flats there is some expected noise but considering the location is right on the promenade it is very quiet and mainly you can just hear the noise of the sea! Our main regret is that we did not stay for longer. Thank you again Dorian!

Laura's place is from the moment you step into it an amazing nook with fantastic energy. Everything you might need is there. Located in a center of Alicante, it gave the feel of a constant buzz and center of happenings. Absolute 10/10.

wonderful experience I don't usually leave long reviews, but what I experienced this weekend at Mikele's house deserves it. From the first moment, not only did he open the door of his house, but he made us feel as if we were in our own. The way they welcomed us, their attention, their closeness... it's not something you find easily. Mikele is not just a host, he is the host. The house, beautiful, lovingly cared for, full of details that speak of someone who puts their heart into everything they do. Every corner invites you to rest, enjoy, and disconnect. But beyond the beauty of the place, what really makes the difference is him: his treatment, his way of being, his generosity. We leave with the feeling of having found a special place... and an even more special person. Thank you, Mikele. We'll be back, no doubt. This is a beautiful apartment very close to the beach. There are amazing views of the sea from the living area, terrace and main bedroom. Angelo was punctual and helpful at check-in and everywhere was super clean. Excellent communication with the hosts and some minor issues were dealt with promptly. We had a car and drove into central Altea every day, but I'm guessing it's about a 25 minute walk. There is a very good supermarket close by and a few restaurants. We will be back!

Very friendly and informative host. We were able to check in early, and found the neighborhood easy to navigate and get around. The beach is a short walk away, and there are lots of restaurants around the old town area just nearby. Would absolutely recommend.

I stayed here for 3 nights with my family, including our 6 month old, and it was wonderful. The pictures actually don't do it justice in terms of how incredible the view is from the living room and the balcony. Yana & Nil's were super responsive and made sure we checked in okay - navigating the car elevator was a fun added adventure and their instructions could not have been more detailed and easy to follow. Clean, spacious, well equipped kitchen, and great location near the beach and restaurants. Saving this one if we ever come back and stay in Altea again!

Perfect stay, perfect place, fabulous location and a great host. My sister and I had a wonderful 3 days in Xihong’s beautiful apartment. As others have already mentioned it’s even nicer than the photos! We especially loved the terrace and the sea-view, and being so close to the beach. Highly recommend.

I recommend staying at this location. Feel at home, lovely clean pool . Lots of kitchen utensils and utensils, storage space. Very friendly host. It's nice to go out in the morning with a cup of coffee in the garden. The area is luxurious, paddle court outdoor and indoor pool. We had a great vacation with the kids. I recommend renting all the sights and the beach for 7-15 minutes by car. Shopping mall and grocery stores 3-5 minutes.

Absolutely recommended!! Were immediately warmly welcomed and everything was explained. Super nice place where we immediately felt at home. Everything very clean and nicely designed. Check-in and check-out were hassle-free. We even got tips on where to eat. Amenities were perfect. You have everything you need. The owner also got us snacks and drinks on arrival. We will be happy to come back.

We were 4 couples with small children aged 0-2 years. All the rooms were well equipped and we felt very welcome. In addition, Anne was very attentive and they were looking out for us at all times. We would definitely repeat.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was excellent — very quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk to the beach. Maria was incredibly friendly and helpful. She took the time to explain everything in detail. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended! ☺️

Although we had to wait 45 minutes to enter the apartment because we were left the wrong keys, Marina was a very good host and treated us super well. He gave us many recommendations about Santa Pola (restaurants, boat rental) and he was aware that we were comfortable and enjoying. The apartment itself is nice and just like the photos, with a great view of the sea. We recommend it.

This accommodation is situated in a 3 block larger luxurious apartment complex. The finishing of the apartment and public spaces is modern and high end. We loved the layout and the privacy and the terrace that is shielded from wind. Due to the sloped positioning on a hillside, from the living room you have full sea view, with no obstructions, with is nice. You do need a car to get around, since the apartment is located up the hill. The fitness, pool and sauna are nice and cleaned daily. The private parking spaces are impossibly small to get in- and out of if you have something else than a fiat 500 size car. Would definitely rent here again.

First Airbnb experience. Could not fault anything especially the communication. The description was spot on. We had a great time in Alicante and decided on the way home that the ACCOMMODATION was the best thing about the whole holiday 😀

The accommodation was very good and Miriam was very helpful both before and during our stay. The accommodation was very nice and had everything you needed. The beach outside the apartment is great and there were many good restaurants nearby. A big plus with a paddle court and pool on the property. I would have really recommended this accommodation!
