The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

Hanni's apartment is one of two lovingly renovated accommodations. Energetically renovated according to the latest standard. Located right on the edge of the village. This promises peace and quiet! Sauna use is possible for a fee. The interior style is a mix of new and vintage furniture. The living room is equipped with an integrated small kitchenette, dining table and a sofa bed. The bathroom with shower/toilet/vanity. Bedroom with wardrobe. Parking is available within a courtyard.

Vacation loft Otto's workshop with sauna barrel & garden

Otto's workshop has been transformed into a modern holiday loft with a freestanding bathtub integrated in the sleeping area, a sun terrace with stunning views into the distance & a fenced garden with a barrel sauna (for a fee) for the exclusive use of the guests. Dannenfels is located at the foot of the Donnersberg, in the middle of a wonderful hiking area. Restaurants & a cafe are within 5 minutes' walking distance. We welcome a maximum of 2 dogs (6 euros per night/dog).

Tiefenthal guest house

It is a cottage on a farm in the Palatinate Forest Biosphere Reserve, in the middle of the Leiningerland. In addition to our beautiful hut, we offer insight into our poultry and fish farming. The cabin is equipped with modern and tried-and-tested amenities. It has a fridge and freezer, dishwasher, shower, TV, hot water and a wood-burning kitchen stove. From the terrace you can look out over the carp pond and have a spectacular view with great sunsets.

A vacation in beautiful nature in the heart of the Rheingau near the Schloß Vollrads and Schloss Johannisberg wineries in Stephanshausen. Please feel at home in my detached house with garden! Priceless but nevertheless included: fantastic views over a horse paddock and beyond the Rhine. From here you can start wonderful hikes. In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.

Enjoy your stay in a newly renovated semi-detached house overlooking the Donnersberg Mountain. Conveniently located minutes from the highway, the apartment offers perfect connections to the Niebelungenstadt Worms, Kaiserslautern, Mainz, Mannheim and Frankfurt. Enjoy the tranquility of the place, which invites you to hike or linger in nature, or relax on a city trip to learn more about the history of the North Palatinate.

The beautiful wine village of Bissersheim has a very special charm & in just a 4 km walk through the magnificent vineyards, the beautiful and historic wine village of Freinsheim welcomes you. Ideally located for excursions to the wine route or the Palatinate Forest.

Modern design meets history. The listed house stands, surrounded by vineyards, in the Steeg district directly below Stahleck Castle. This unique place has a style all its own: ecological materials such as clay and wood give the house a unique flair and an unsurpassed indoor climate. The half-timbered house, built in 1622, is modernly furnished. A wood and pellet stove creates a special evening feel-good atmosphere.

On the edge of the Palatinate Forest

Sit back and relax in this quiet, stylish accommodation among trees, plants and singing birds. Enjoy the herbal scent in the garden. Within walking distance you can reach the Palatinate Forest, an outdoor swimming pool, as well as various shopping opportunities. The apartment is barrier-free accessible. Organic vegetarian meals are available on request and by prior arrangement.

The former servants' quarters of the original farmhouse was lovingly converted by us into a spacious attic apartment. The apartment, which has been extended into the gable, exudes a very special charm. In the 75 m² apartment there is a double bedroom and baby bed and a large living room with open, fully equipped kitchen. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower with wall heating.
