The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Experience and inhabit paradise

Charming pavilion with double bed (sofa bed) and bathroom. To heat the cottage, fire up the heating fireplace, cozy warmth is guaranteed! In summer, a mass camp in the barn is also available, e.g. for families. There is a kitchen available, about 20m from the cottage. On request, we will provide a breakfast for an extra charge of Fr. 13.- per person, which must be paid in advance as we have unfortunately had bad experiences.

Vegetarian vacation home with charm

The vacation home is in a quiet location. On the ground floor there are spacious lounges with a terrace facing east. Please note that the house can only be used vegetarian. On the 2nd floor there are 3 bedrooms, whereby one bedroom is a passageway for the bedroom behind it. The wooden house is cozily furnished with wooden furniture and has everything you need for a nice stay. Games available for all ages.

From your vacation home you have a direct view of the Säntis. Nearby you will find picturesque hiking trails and small farms offering regional products. In winter, the landscape invites you on beautiful snowshoe hikes. This vacation home is the ideal retreat for families or friends who want to enjoy tranquility, nature and comfort in perfect harmony. The apartment is located directly on Lake Lucerne. No public path or road lies in between. Balcony with magnificent lake view, private terrace directly on the lake and private lake access. Lucerne is about 40 km away and can be reached by car, bus, train and also by boat. Zurich is about 70 km away. Tourist tax and final cleaning are included in the price.
