Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Benzie County

Bryce was one of the best hosts that I have had the pleasure of staying at. He was very quick to answer any questions that I had and always polite to talk to. His description of the property was spot on and will definitely be a return customer if I make it back to the area in the future.

We had a wonderful time at Paul's place! The house was beautiful, clean, and spacious, perfect for our large family gathering. The private beach and pristine Crystal Lake is steps away. There were tons of toys, games, bikes, sand toys, and water sports items (rowboat, stand up paddleboard etc.) available for use. The downstairs laundry was really useful. Having 4 bathrooms was ideal for a large group. Downtown Beulah is an easy bike ride away. We hope to visit again!

We absolutely loved our stay! This place was so cozy and welcoming—truly a perfect getaway spot. The amenities were amazing and everything was very well-kept and clean. We especially appreciated the two separate living quarters, which made it easy for our group to relax and spread out. The canoes were such a fun bonus—we had a great time on the river! The location is also ideal—just a short drive to great food spots and super close to beautiful Frankfort Beach. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

We rented Ken and Jen's place for a ski trip to Crystal Mountain with our two sons, and it was a great experience. It only took us about three minutes to get to the slopes. The house was very clean and well stocked. The rooms were spacious and the living area and kitchen were well laid out and nicely decorated. No complaints at all. We will plan to stay there again!

This rental was perfect for a large family to stay, as it sleeps 12 (including futon and couch). It was perfect for our large group attending graduation from Interlochen Arts Academy which is just 14 minutes away. The kitchen was well appointed and the house was light filled and comfortable. The views of the horses was my favorite part. The front porch was peaceful and we had an amazing time. Fire pit was nice, but we didn’t use it. Plenty of parking available. This is a great place, as long as you realize you are far from any major towns (30 mins to Traverse City). It was peaceful, clean, and perfect for us!

This property is the perfect place to stay in the Traverse City area for bigger groups! Very modern, private, has everything you need, and the slow, shallow river nearby is great for a hot summer day. Rachel and Blake are kind and responsive, and I felt the value was great as well! Next time I’m in the Traverse City area with a big group, I don’t see a reason to look for any other property because this one has everything you’d really ever want and need. Since it’s on a river, the bugs can get bad, but not a dealbreaker by any stretch. Everyone in our group was impressed and would recommend staying here again!

This was our second year one here and we will likely come again! So peaceful, comfortable and well stocked! The location is awesome. Easy to get to the wine country peninsulas which are beautiful! Sleeping bear dunes are also close and so cool! We enjoyed the short walk to general store and lake Ann brewery. Great hosts!

Great location to walk into town, well equipped kitchen and appreciated having coffee provided Plenty of linens for everyone as well.

My husband and I visited Lake Ann, Traverse City and Leland over the weekend along with our daughter and son-in-law. The place was ideal for us. It was as described and so comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The sofa is a pullout, but it had an auto inflate air mattress rather than the old uncomfortable mattress. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was great. We would absolutely stay there again!

We had a nice family girls weekend and it was the perfect place! We have been to Frankfort before and wanted to return and this place was a cozy size and we were able to walk everywhere which was great! It was very clean and Heather was a wonderful host! We all said we would stay here again!

Maplewood Loft was just as expected - except a little bit nicer. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I slept great and was convenient for my trip to Interlochen. Nice to have a fully equipped kitchen. Good wifi too.
