Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Bercy, Paris

We stayed 12 nights at Laurent’s place. The apartment is super clean, has everything you may need, an extremely comfortable king size bed, a great shower, and a superb location. There are 3 metro lines, lots of buses, but you can also walk along the canal, down to the Seine, and be in central Paris in less than a half hour. Lots of cafe and restaurants close by. Laurent left very detailed explanations on how to use the appliances in the apartment, and sent us videos to explain how to check in which made that process really easy. We appreciated the champagne and chocolates we found upon arrival. Laurent sent texts during our stay to make sure everything was going well, and even offering help to order a taxi to the airport. Do not hesitate to book this place! A+++

Had an excellent stay at this airbnb - it’s a beautifully decorated split level apartment. so much bigger than the pics seem and lovely light with big windows! we loved the plants and tasteful decorations. area is great - lots of lovely restaurants and bars on the doorstep and easy metro access. the flat was quiet at night and we slept very well. great hosts too! would definitely recommend this airbnb.

Camille communicates very well, answering queries promptly. The check-in and out timing were perfect for us . The apartment is on the 4th floor so bear that in mind when you book. Bedroom at the back so quiet and peaceful, even with window open. Her one bedroom flat has a soul, not your typical clinical furniture. Bakery is opposite , supermarket one minute away. Metro three minutes away… ideally connected. So in a nutshell, an awesome place to stay in Paris.

The apartment was beautifully decorated and we enjoyed the area it was in. Gordana left thoughtful drinks in the fridge. View from 6th floor is nice. There is a lift thank goodness!! It was hot in the bedroom but I could use the fan provided. I found the linen used made me hot as it wasn’t cotton. But all this could be my age!! Would recommend this apartment if you are visiting Paris. It was ideal for 2 couples.

Beautiful flat and a great location with easy access to Metro. Morning coffee on the balcony was special. Jerome was super cool and responsive.

Laura's place was clean, charming, airy, and bright! I would recommend this flat to anyone who wants a great home base for a Paris visit.

Really enjoyed staying at Leila's place, and would absolutely stay again! Excellent location, right in the heart of the action, but also a very quiet and comfortable place to sleep. Beautiful apartment with all of the amenities that are needed. We were in Paris on very hot days, but the apartment was nice a breezy and comfortable. There's no elevator up to the fifth floor apartment, which is a bit a challenge with suitcases, but such is the case with many of the old buildings around Paris. Worth the effort! Hope to be back again in the future!

Very nice welcome by Susanna. Great area in the Quartier de Belleville, where Edith Piaf was born. Really cool, safe area where there is really everything: metro, bus, several bakeries, bistros, restaurants and supermarkets. From here, you can quickly get anywhere by metro. The clean, very beautiful studio has everything you need and is as described in the ad. When you go up to the 9th floor and enter the studio and see the view of Paris, you can only think WOW. On the balcony, you can have breakfast or dinner with a great view. We loved it and it made our Paris trip unforgettable.

We absolutely loved our three nights in Damien’s house! It’s so beautiful, full of gorgeous art and objects. The neighbourhood is also lovely. And it’s such a comfortable and well-appointed place to stay - we’d recommend it to anyone.

Kaltrina's place was great to stay in. Close to public transport, and the night bus. There is an Aldi and Bakery near by. The area appeared a little off the beaten path, it was very local with few tourists around, which added to the local feel of the place. Highly recommend!

This place is a real hidden gem—super special, with a great location near the Luxembourg Gardens and just a 10-minute walk from excellent restaurants, bars, and shops. François is a very helpful host and was incredibly kind to us. Since we were traveling with a baby, we needed some flexibility with check-in and check-out, and we also needed some mugs in the kitchen, which he brought as soon as he could. The air conditioning worked really well, which was much appreciated with 33-degree weather in Paris and a baby! We loved the place and will definitely come back next time

We spent three nights at Anne's place and loved the experience. Literally cannot think of a single complaint. The house was built in 1905 and it's clear that Anne has taken really good care of the place. Comfortable bedrooms and lots of spaces to hang out. The garden was beautiful. We would definitely return if we ever make it back to Paris!

We felt at home very quickly. A great, very personally decorated place. Jean-Marie was also easily accessible in an emergency. Thank you so much! We would choose this place again.

This is a very beautiful and cozy house, if you see the same photos, the lighting and ventilation are great, Eleonore is a very kind host, who will kindly remind us that if the room is too hot, we can open the window in advance to ventilate (because the temperature just rose to 29 degrees when we went) And it also provides an electric fan and a hair dryer. My husband and I had a very nice stay here❤️

Olivier is a great host. Always responsive and proactive with checkin/checkout. The place matches what is listed. The 11th was a great neighbor and felt very local with many restaurants near the place. Highly recommend

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

Audrey’s place is on our Favorites List! The apartment was clean, cute & comfy with restful décor & plenty of windows for a light & bright environment. The location was in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood. The Metro was a short walk away so we could get to the most popular areas in Paris easily & return later to a peaceful, calm evening. Several restaurants were nearby, as well as a terrific mid-week Farmer’s Market. The kitchen had plenty of cooking & eating utensils & dishes. The beds were comfortable & a fan was provided for each bedroom to bring in the cool night air. The bathroom was modern with a large tub/shower & the inhouse washer was a big plus. But the best part about Audrey’s place is Audrey! She provided concierge service, allowing us to ship a package to the apt. in advance of our arrival. It was there waiting for us when we opened the door. Instructions to find/access the apt. were very clear & Audrey was responsive to any questions we had. Three cheers for Audrey!!

We just had the most incredible stay at Denis’s apartment in the Marais. The whole stay from check-in to check-out felt effortless. Check-in was easy and convenient, and I appreciate that he gave me the instructions in advance so I had no last-minute stress of figuring out what to do! Expectations were very clear, Denis clarified before even accepting our booking that there is no A/C, but even with the much hotter temperatures than normal for June we found the apartment well ventilated and comfortable. There was tons of space for two people, and having access to a washer/dryer was a huge plus! The apartment was also very clean and well maintained. Check-out was also a breeze, and throughout our stay Denis was not only responsive but proactive- he messaged multiple times to make sure we had gotten in OK and that we had no issues or concerns. Would highly highly recommend this Airbnb!!!
