Whether you’re wanting to have a base for a holiday with family, staying for a wedding, or here on business, I would love to have you stay at Lower Farm. The Annexe is situated on a working organic dairy farm, nestled in the most idyllic part of Dorset; perfectly located for beaching, country pubbing or long walks in the rolling countryside that surrounds. The Little Barn is a 200 year old, thatched, cob cottage. It is a self-contained studio guest room with its entrance in the garden of the main house. It is perfect for a couple using the comfortable king-sized bed. It is thoughtfully decorated and furnished with modern fittings, including a cleverly fitted kitchenette. This picturesque cottage is located in the quiet, rural setting of Shitterton, in the village of Bere Regis, Dorset. We are within easy reach of Dorset's many attractions.

Unique Private Cabin in Purbeck Dorset Countryside

The Cabin offers a relaxing and private get away in West Dorset close to the Jurassic Coast. The Cabin is perfect for 2 adults with flexibility for a small cot & dogs are welcome. It has a private garden space overlooking nearby woodland. There is an open plan living & sleeping space with double doors opening onto the decking creating an inside out feel. The location offers easy access to neary towns and coastal spots: Studland, Corfe, Wareham, Dorchester, Lulworth, Swange, Weymouth.

The self contained Garden Room Annex

The private Annex has it's own access via the rear garden and is connected to the house via a lockable door. The Annex is a bed sitting room with basic kitchen facilities, a shower room and outside area, all for your sole use. You can choose a Large double or 2 single beds in the room. Towels, soap and linen are provided. Teas/coffee/milk available in the room. TV, Fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, fan, iron/board, plates, cutlery. There's an Airfryer available on request.

The Garden Room is a cosy and welcoming private place to stay perfect for getaways. Situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty close to the coast, it is scrupulously clean & is tastefully decorated with a pretty view from the south facing window. Tea/coffee making facilities, a light breakfast of pastry, fruit & yogurt is available in the room. You will feel very comfortable in a stylish space in lovely surroundings. Also use of a pretty patio, parking space & fridge.

The Stable Barn is a comfortable, centrally heated cottage with split level interior and sculptured mezzanine. It provides extremely spacious open-plan accommodation for two. Wifi - Superfast fibre To the rear of the barn is a partly walled garden laid to lawn and gravel with clipped hedges and shrubs. The cottage is equipped with a sprinkler system, smoke detector, and carbon monoxide detector. Superfast fibre broadband and Smart TV.

The cottage sits on one of the highest points on our working farm, in a field called the nursery. Enjoy spectacular unspoilt scenery in peace and tranquillity. The perfect spot for a rural retreat that's close to all of Dorset's wonderful attractions.

No.3 is a self-contained property which was the extension of the original farm cottage built in 1907, now part of the hosts’ residence (number 4). It has it’s own separate access off a quiet unclassified road leading out of the village of Winterborne Whitechurch with off-road parking. The property has been adapted to provide all the comforts for a quiet enjoyable stay but public transport is infrequent so a car is recommended.
