'Tiny house' has all the amenities for an independent stay. Common areas: 'garden room with lounge + cinema', beautiful garden and sitting area with fire pit and BBQ.

Holy Cottage

In the hilly surroundings, on the outskirts of Nijmegen, stands this 20m2 nature cottage with a separate bedroom. The living area has a single sofa bed. The windows are mosquito-free. The cottage is on a hill and overlooks the garden, the forest and the back of our house. The spacious yard is fenced with an electric gate. We offer privacy and live on a beautiful avenue, which is a bit busier in rush hour. It's also wonderfully quiet. Inside anyway. We are lhbt+friendly!

The Oude Glasfabriek

The Oude Glasfabriek can be found in the popular Nijmegen district “Oost”. The property is located on a quiet path where you can hear the birds. Still, it's in the middle of the neighborhood. Within a few minutes walk you have a wide choice of cozy cafes and restaurants. The city center, the Waalkade, the Ooijpolder or the forests are nearby. The Radboud University and Hogeschool van Arnhem and Nijmegen (HAN) are also reachable by bike within minutes.

The recently renovated apartment is located in the cozy neighborhood of Bottendaal with terraces and cafes abound. It is on walking distance of the Central Station, City Centre and Radboud University and Hospital. Parking is also no problem. The street is quiet and green. In the apartment you will find all kinds of equipment such as a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven and microwave. The apartment has a private entrance and balcony.

Located on the Pieterpad is our beautiful home of which we offer the upper floor. Ideally suited for walks, bike rides, enjoying the tranquility, nature and golfing ( Rijk van Nijmegen ) . A visit to Nijmegen or Groesbeek or Kleve by bike is also easy to do. Dutch/German public transportation is a 15 minute walk away. A short distance away are the Mtb trails of Groesbeek and Reichswald. A guided tour is possible in consultation.
