Im Hochparterre einer Altbau-Villa finden Sie die frisch renovierte und perfekt ausgestattete Wohnung mit Blick ins Grüne. Vom Wohn- und Essbereich aus gibt es einen eigenen Zugang zum Garten. Sie können einen Spaziergang durch den Park oder an der angrenzenden Bille machen, einen Bummel durch die Bergedorfer Fussgängerzone geniessen oder einen Ausflug in die Innenstadt unternehmen (25 min).

The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: the S-Bahn is 8 minutes' walk away and leads directly to the most important sights. The city center and harbor can be reached by car in just 10 minutes. Parking spaces are not on the property, but are available free of charge and for an unlimited time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. Our apartment is located in the beautiful Alten Land, near the Lühe pier (about 15min walk over the dike). Stade, Finkenwerder, Buxtehude and Hamburg (45min.) are easily accessible by car. But also as a day trip by bike to explore well. You will love my accommodation because of the scenic location, the proximity to the water and the city of Hamburg. My accommodation is good for couples, solo travelers and business travelers

It is perfect for exploring Hamburg or for cycling or walking. Lüneburg and the Lüneburg Heath are also not far away. There is a bus line to Hamburg-Harburg or Winsen Luhe. 5 km from the Hoopte ferry terminal and 5 minutes' walk to the beautiful Seeve nature reserve.
