Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Bergen County

We needed a pet-friendly spot to spend the evening before our international flight with two dogs and cat out of Teterboro. Luis’ place was just what we needed - it was convenient, clean, and the fenced in yard was a great amenity. Thank you!

Fabulous modern apt in a quiet neighbourhood. The apt was close to amenities and very close for our visiting festivities nearby. Totally loved the crisp look of the apt and the extra coffee pods, and water were a great touch. As well I appreciated the makeup removal face cloth (nice touch). I certainly would stay here agai

Karin was very kind throughout our stay. He brought us water and was very accommodating. The studio is nice and comfortable, I had a very peaceful stay. Perfect for a short day/weekend trip.

We enjoyed our short stay in Piermont. We did a few walks into town to enjoy a few shops and restaurants and lovely view of the new Tappan Zee Bridge. Carolyn was a responsive host and the accommodations were nice, comfortable and clean!

We loved our stay at Sal’s place! It was spotless and well thought out. We had all we needed. Comfy bed—slept great. Everything was so nice. Super grateful for Sal’s parking assistance. Great guy. Loved being on this side of NYC where life was a little slower. We enjoyed neighborhood restaurants and appreciated the convenience stores. Would stay again!

The accommodation was absolutely great! beautiful, clean and with a beautiful garden. The owners were very helpful and always helped us with everything. This is one of our favorite places to stay when going to the New York/New Jersey area. The location is wonderful, easy to get in and out of the city while staying in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The home is impeccably clean and neat, with everything you need. Anneka is a great and thoughtful host who is always responsive. Would absolutely recommend and hope to come back to stay here again in the future!

Doris is a lovely host, very responsive and flexible. The accommodation is very clean and as described. The bus stop to go to Manhattan is really very close.

Our stay at Yanett’s place was very nice. She was very attentive and provided a few refreshments upon arrival. The lower level apartment was comfortable and adorable.

Flor is an amazing host! She is thoughtful and kind. She was responsive and answered my many questions. Flor was flexible and accommodating to my family’s schedule and needs. The apartment was as pictured. Our stay was awesome and I would recommend to anyone.

Location Location Location! Very hard to find a neat place to stay on UWS. This apartment has great restaurant selection right at the door step. Either for a cozy dinner or kids crazy morning routine. Keep in mind this is NYC so not elevator access if you need but it was ok for us even with stroller. Overall recommend this place if you budget allows.

I had the pleasure of staying at Jose's place for a month. Clean, convenient, safe and an ideal location for both Hackensack and Paramus. (NYC is very close as well). Jose's communication was excellent and his response time was always 15 minutes or less if I had a question or needed anything. But whether you're staying for a night or need a home away from home, it has everything you will need -- kitchen, kitchen wares, bath, linens, smart tv. I would highly recommend Jose's place if your travels bring you to the Hackensack area.

Hirian (Olga son) is literally the best! So accommodating and flexible . Literally even helped me out with one of my aunts that elderly. Can’t say enough of how great of a spot and host this Airbnb is . There’s so much to do and walkable, great culture and food on the street the Airbnb is on , public transportation is accessible . If you aren’t sure the host is right there available to answer any questions. It was a girls trip of 7 and we felt comfortable in the area , everyone slept great , space was clean. Two bathroom helps a lot and there was space for everyone to sleep . It is a two flight stair to climb but nothing crazy . Would definitely book here again if we come back to visit and felt that the price is affordable. Communication and hospitality is key and hirian (Olga son) definitely out shine himself . 10/10 recommend staying here for a trip to NY or NJ.

Awilda’s home was great and she was very professional all the way around. Would definitely stay here again!

Positive: Location was easily accessible to NYC, drive a little north for uptown or a little south for midtown. Clean home, free parking. Water Saver feature results in very low shower pressure and though apt is 3 bedroom, there is only one bathroom.

The view of the NYC skyline was exactly as promised in the pictures. Host was super responsive. The place was within walking distance to bus and ferry to NYC.

Ella's place is very well equipped, clear and close to the public transportation to Manhattan. My family and I spent one week in her place and we strong recommend if you are looking for a place more affordable and reliable just a few minutes to Manhattan. Thanks for hosting us.
