Holiday rentals with a patio in Bergen County

This was a beautiful place, definitely worth it, Bobby and co host were very helpful and responsive. Very quiet and private space. Back yard was closed off and private. Will definitely recommend this to anyone staying in NY especially if staying close to bronx, queens manhattan. I’ll come back for sure

Sabrina is a wonderful hist. She is very responsive and always provides extra paper towels, toilet paper, and napkins when requested. Her place is true to picture. I absolutely loved the kitchen! Overall, great stay and highly recommend.

This place was perfect for what we needed as two adults visiting for a graduation. The mattress is firm and does not sag in the middle. I found it to be comfortable. Though we didn’t use it, there was access to an outdoor space. Area was very quiet and felt very safe. Upstairs neighbors were quiet as well. Our only issue was the ceiling light fixture that could not be turned off making it difficult to sleep. I recommend a sleep mask if you are someone that needs dark to be able to sleep. Also make sure to heed the warnings about which side of the street to park on on given days to avoid tickets. Would stay here again and would recommend to anyone looking for a place close to the city for a great price to rest.

We had a great time staying here. Nelly was kind and helpful and let us check in earlier than listed which helped us two weary travellers a lot! The space was cosy and had everything that was listed.

I really enjoyed the unit. The building was very peaceful. I love the parking spot out back very accessible to getting to New York and through the tunnel. Grocery store was right around the corner. Everything was clean and well maintained very spacious. Mabel was extremely communicative. She’s such a grace host. Me and my family really enjoyed. The unit would definitely rent it again. Samantha and her husbands co host were great they had great quick communication took time to help with directions and addresses to places we wanted to see told us best way around and gave us tips on apps to download to help get around also. Samantha took time to introduce herself to us and inform us if we needed anything just let her know and they let us gone and go as we needed without feeling like we was anywhere but our own home it felt like home we truly enjoyed this stay and their beautiful home and highly recommend for anyone wanting to visit New York beautiful place beautiful views and very quiet always across from police station so we felt very very safe great place

The unit is as described and as you see in the photos, beautiful designs, Great location, close to stores, 10 mins to MetLife for concerts. Very spacious unit, towels, sheets provided, a/c in every bedroom etc. Kitchen had everything you'd need to cook a meal, although we only stayed overnight for a concert and ordered take-out. TV's in every bedroom including the living room! That was a Plus! Comfy beds (one of the bedrooms with the queen sized bed is a step up). Host allowed us to park in the back of the house, so no need to find parking, it's a really tight fit, but permission is needed before parking there. Host was excellent at communicating, readily available and so very gracious! I would stay again!

It is quite a drive from NYC because of traffic, but the house is big and the neighborhood was pretty quiet and felt safe! The house is beautiful and clean and very accommodating!

Gurhan was a very friendly and helpful host. The place was spotless and it was really easy to find. The location was very convenient for buses and ferries to get to the city. I would definitely come back again!

We stayed for half month and enjoyed our stay very much. A nice and quiet place on the second floor. With spacious rooms for 2-3. Clean kitchen and bathroom, cozy bedrooms, and a nice-kept back yard to enjoy! Easy walk to the city center. Stacy and her father were always quick responsive with our problems. Thanks!

We stayed at the house for my daughter’s graduation in New York City. We took Ubers and Lyfts back-and-forth and even took the bus a few times. Very convenient and affordable for the size. We had a great time staying here and we will definitely be back. Thank you for the great stay.
