Minha experiência foi excelente! A localização é um dos grandes destaques: aproximadamente 15 minutos até Manhattan, com fácil acesso ao metrô e a outras linhas de transporte. O apartamento estava muito bem localizado e em perfeitas condições, proporcionando conforto e praticidade durante toda a estadia. Gostaria de destacar também o anfitrião, Jay, que foi simplesmente sensacional. Extremamente atencioso, prestativo e sempre disponível para ajudar no que fosse necessário, um verdadeiro exemplo de hospitalidade. Recomendo fortemente a estadia, tanto pela localização estratégica quanto pela qualidade do espaço e do atendimento!

You can see the dedication in Ambar's Airbnb. Everything is put together. You will find what you need. Parking car is a bit tricky, it's kinda first come first serve on the street. But overall, we didn't have any major problem at all. Would come back again.

Robert’s place was exactly what my boyfriend and I needed for a last minute change of plans for New Year’s Eve. We had a party to attend and needed to check in late but Robert was very flexible and allowed a super late check in. He was also responsive and very friendly. We were roughly 35 minutes from our party in the city so the location was perfect for the price. Everything was as pictured and overall affordable considering how late we booked.

I had a fantastic experience - Hector & Ernesto were warm and welcoming, allowing us early check-in and even providing water, beverages, and cereal—such a thoughtful gesture. They also gave us plenty of tips on transportation, which made getting around easier. The room and shared bathroom were clean and well-maintained, contributing to a comfortable stay. The location is convenient, with several buses that easily take you to Manhattan. Given the high hotel prices in the city, this Airbnb is the perfect alternative for exploring New York. Highly recommended!

Kay is a very proactive host. The day of check in she sent clear instructions on how to check in plus some added bonus on where to park for convenience. She checked in with me after a day to make sure i was happy with the place. It was very clean and smell good throughout the place. Bedroom was clean and spacious with a king size bed lots of closet space. Bathroom a little small but clean. I would definitely stay here again.

I had a little issue figuring out the house entry but Cimen was so active and helped me with this over a FaceTime call at 11:30 p.m. Eventhough I was there for a few hours, I had no issues living at the bnb

Great host, very helpful and it was easy to check in. Ubers are pricey if you’re thinking about the commute to NYC. Other than that good stay!

Made everything easy for me

Nice place for a quick stay, even tho it was shared I was in the room alone most of my stay which I liked. The host was responsive at all times. Cool.

Very good accommodation, excellent service, and above all, a fantastic location close to everything. There's a beautiful park across the street, all the buses are right on the corner, and a splendid view of New York City is right in front of you—something to enjoy walking around at night. Nearby are many shops and restaurants, as well as markets. I highly recommend it.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und sehr gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Check-In war komplett unkompliziert und man musste beim Check-out nicht einmal den Müll rausbringen oder so. Carlos war immer sehr hilfsbereit und hat schnell geantwortet, wenn wir ihn brauchten. An einem Abend haben wir zufällig ein Familienmitglied von ihm getroffen und auch dieses war überaus hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Es gab sogar einen Kühlschrank mit kostenlosen Getränken und Kaffeepods für die Kaffeemaschine. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Arnol and Ruben were excellent hosts. It felt like visiting family. They went above and beyond, even making us breakfast and providing tips to help us first timers navigate the city. Hands down the best Airbnb experience I’ve had in 10 years. Also, the comfiest pillows!!! Next time I’m back to New York, I will for sure stay here again.

We stayed here for a month and have family in the area. The location is great, easy access to groceries, Mamilton Park, the shopping district and delightful historic blocks of townhomes and brownstones. And, there a great wine shop across the the park where Pavonia Ave has been turned into an outdoor dining plaza. I personally like the upstairs downstairs living which makes the apartment easy for two. The kitchen is very nicely designed and stocked with all the accessories and great refrigerator and stove. The owners are right here and easy to communicate with. Access was a cinch. This is a great spot to hang out.

We had such a wonderful stay. Philip’s place was just as listed in the listing. The view was incredible! Gio was such a big help with directions, navigating the bus route (which was super easy), and recommending places to eat. We would 100% stay again.

It’s honestly a great place to stay. The only issue is parking. Definitely gotta make time and plan that out . Other then that perfect stay 👌

This stay was great in location and inside. It was comfy and clean. No issues at all throughout the stay and practical location.

Your best bet to explore NY. We happened to spend a long weekend and found Alex’s place just perfect. Its location is amazing, within walking distance to Central Park, many restaurants and supermarkets, and close to the public transport. The room and bed were comfy, and the flat super well equipped which allowed us to cook breakfast and meals. The host was most gracious, instructions were always clear and allowed us to store our bags so we could take advantage of our time in the city. 100% recommended!

this is the spot to crash in if planning a trip to brooklyn. beautiful clean inside, spacious room with windows and a private patio is all you can ask for. easy access to apt and close to a near sub station to get around the city too. definitely booking room again if the opportunity is there.

Lee is wonderful - friendly, welcoming, communicative, (even when I wasn't!) The room is clean, fresh, cool, (we were there during a heatwave and it was honestly a haven of coolness!) The private courtyard is understated! It's a huge enclosed and peaceful yard just for the guests of this room. Although Lee lives there, we had a lot of privacy. It was very quiet, we felt very comfortable. And the rare occasion when we dis see Lee and his beautiful dog, Dahlia, was a bonus! Great location for enjoying the local area, Bushwick, and a quick L Train ride to Manhattan. Thoroughly recommend. Thanks Lee, for sharing your lovely home with us :)

Eleonora’s place? Absolutely perfect. The location is ideal—right in the heart of Greenpoint, Brooklyn— quiet, clean, spacious, and full of charm. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The garden is a peaceful little oasis, perfect for unwinding after a day in the city. There’s so much to explore in the neighborhood, and Eleonora and Ben were the perfect hosts: friendly, responsive, and full of fantastic local recommendations. We were in town for a two-day music event, so our time was limited—but thanks to their great advice, we made the most of it. Can’t wait to come back for a longer stay!
