Peace and quiet at Lake Waldschwaig

Peaceful retreat between Dachau and Munich with garden views. A narrow spiral staircase leads to a small apartment for up to Sleeps 2 people. Features a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a small kitchen. The grill and terrace may be used. My dog walks freely around the premises. Dachau is 2 km (1.2 miles) away, and Munich is about 15 km (9 miles) away. I live on the property myself and deliberately keep it clean and quiet. Retreats are occasionally held here.

House on the lake with sauna

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Quiet and cozy apartment in Augsburg

My place is in a quiet residential area in the Hammerschmiede. The Augsburg city centre (Rathausplatz) is about 4.5 km away and can be reached by car in about 15 minutes. A public bus connection is close by. The A8 motorway connection (Munich-Stuttgart) is only 2.6 km away. There are many family-friendly activities on offer (zoo, Augsburg doll box, etc.). My place is good for couples, solo travelers, adventurers and business travelers.

The fully equipped apartment is very close to the S-Bahn station. The apartment is located in the basement, but daylight comes into the room through the two windows. The main train station is 20 minutes away by S-Bahn (suburban train). In Olching there are numerous lakes and the Amper with beautiful places that invite you to linger or swim. Shops for daily shopping and various restaurants can be found within a 15-minute walk.
