The apartment in the beautiful old sandstone house was completely renovated in 2021/22 and lovingly and comfortably prepared. At approx. 90 square meters, the spacious apartment offers plenty of space for families, fitters or simply guests who do not want to forego any amenities while on vacation. The apartment is centrally located in the heart of Bürgstadt: bakeries, butchers, an ice cream parlor, restaurants & playgrounds are within walking distance. The apartment is fully equipped with a washing machine, play corner and more.

Passage kitchen only 1.83 Approximately 1300 meters to the Technik Museum/swimming pool, 1600 meters to the cathedral/city center, lots of greenery, the Rhine and Alter Rhein are close by. A guest said I should mention the Rhine bike path, which is also very nice. I have a lockable garage with electricity for bicycles and motorcycles. There are plenty of shops and restaurants. Only suitable for allergy sufferers to a limited extent.

Next to the apartment there is a garden (lawn) which can be used.

Our 400 year old estate, originally a winemaker's estate, is located under the Saint Anna Kapella in the charming village of Burrweiler. We are located on the Southern Weinstrasse, the perfect location for hiking, cycling, wine tasting and regional culinary delights.

The beautiful vacation home with about 80 m² and its about 300 m² property was extensively renovated in 2020. The house has two bedrooms, as well as two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a dining area. In the living area there is a fireplace, which provides a relaxed atmosphere at the end of the day.
