The central area of this apartment is the cooking and dining area with the large cooking island and the adjoining counter with four comfortable bar stools. The very spacious living area is particularly flooded with light thanks to the window and the double patio door. From the living room, you can access the adjoining courtyard directly via the terrace.

Located on the edge of the Palatinate Forest, integrated into a park of an industrial villa from the Gründerzeit period. The apartment is on the second floor. Shared use of the large shared kitchen on the ground floor. The old servant's apartment was lovingly renovated two years ago and has retained its charm with many antique elements. The sustainable materials used include original pine and oak wood, red Palatinate sandstone, and lime plaster, as you used to do it.

Spend your vacation in our stylishly renovated 18th century farmhouse. The farmhouse with the expanded barn is located in the small wine village of Venningen on the Southern Wine Route. The wine oasis of the southern Palatinate is also referred to as the Tuscany of Germany. The apartment is a wonderful starting point for cycling tours through the vineyards or hikes through the Palatinate Forest with its hut culture and the medieval castle ruins.

There are countless opportunities for cultural and sporting excursions to the numerous palaces and castles along the Neckar Valley to romantic Heidelberg.

This studio apartment is our newest addition to our little estate. It's perfect for the adventurous, especially hikers and cyclists needing a peaceful place to stay. Our 400 year old estate, originally a winemaker's estate, is located under the Saint Anna Kapella in the charming village of Burrweiler. We are located on the Southern Weinstrasse, the perfect location for hiking, cycling, wine tasting and regional culinary delights.
