Welcome to Honeysuckle, our luxury shepherd's hut with stunning views across the fields in the Chilterns. In the evenings sit and watch the sun go down around your fire pit or stay cosy indoors with your log burner. We are a working farm and you may see the tractor trundle past feeding our herds of Texal sheep (Lambing right in front of you in March/April 2025!) and Limousin cows grazing in fields, or watch the many birds. You have your own secluded, fenced and private garden area with seating.

A country hideout above our detached oak framed barn. Stylishly furnished in a rustic luxury theme ensuring this little retreat ticks all boxes to make your stay comfortable & cosy! Very spacious and an ideal place to come and relax for a romantic countryside break. Fantastic pub just 50m from the doorstep that serves food most days (please check) but there is a very well equipped kitchen should you like to cook for yourselves. Easy access to Oxfordshire best countryside walks too.

The Pool House

Flash Sales!!!! Relax and reset at the Pool House. The Pool House provides a quiet location where you can relax away from the world. Swim in our pool, heated during the warmer months. (Pool is now heated!) During the colder months enjoy a cold plunge, beneficial for body and mind. Ease your aches and muscles in the hot tub. Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.

"Bumble" The Shepherd's Hut

This traditionally inspired, hand-made Shepherds Hut is nestled inside a paddock in the leafy county of Hampshire. It offers a tranquil retreat in a home away from home setting with a cosy open plan living space championed by the log burning stove. Enjoy cooking your own English Breakfast - of which eggs are graciously supplied by our chickens -amongst views and visits of our 17 strong Alpaca herd. The Hay Loft at Heads Hill Farm

Set on a former dairy farm, on the Berkshire/Hampshire border, The Hay Loft is a recently converted first floor studio flat finished to a superb standard. With views of Watership Down, The Hay Loft is off a quiet country lane leading directly into the Greenham Common nature reserve; it offers a very restful, rural retreat. Pet friendly Farm stay in amazing countryside

Clappers Farm is a 17th century farmhouse located on a quiet country road on the Hampshire/Berkshire border. Set in 35 acres of its own land then surrounded by further farmland, there are various outbuildings mainly used for stabling . Silchester Brook meanders through the property and attracts wildlife from kingfishers and swallows to deer. There is a huge network of picturesque footpaths and cycle routes accessible from the front gate of the farm. Dogs and horses are welcome.

The cabin is a fun and light filled space, perfect for families or couples. It boasts its own private patio, which leads to a secluded secret garden with an outdoor roll top bath! Inside there is a pool table and Sky TV. It is in the garden of a family home, situated half a mile from Twyford station, allowing easy access to Henley-on-Thames and London via the Elizabeth line. The cabin is accessed through a secure, key coded gate around the side of the main house.
