A pretty modern studio flat. Perfekt for students or Job starters. We have everything one need. Bathroom - special rain shower. Kitchen with microwave, fridge and all other stuff one need. If you miss something let me know! Huge balcony, really cool to relax. SAT- TV all kinds of channels around 1000. WIFI. Around the corner you have stores like Aldi, Penny and more 100-200 meters.
