While on a quieter street, it is minutes from the restaurants/cafes, art & nightlife of Simon Dach Kiez or Boxhagener Platz popular weekend markets. Attractions close by are the Spree riverfront, Eastside Gallery & Uber Arena. We are accessibility friendly, located on the ground floor.

Mini Apartment Altbau Prenzlauer Berg

Hier erwartet Dich ein Mini- Apartment (18qm) mit allem was man für einen Aufenthalt von ein paar Tagen braucht. Bett, Küche und Dusche sind offen gestaltet und sorgen dafür, daß man sich nicht eingeengt fühlt, trotz der wenigen Quadratmeter. Das WC hat eine eigene Türe. Gelegen im 4. Stock eines sanierten Altbaus in der beliebten Winsstraße, eigener Eingang und Aussicht nach hinten ins Grüne (kein Aufzug). Auch wir wohnen in dem Haus und helfen gerne bei Fragen oder mit Tipps.

Maybach Apartment - Location. Design. Comfort

Located on the canal with direct view to the water. The bedroom/workspace are located at the back and are very quiet. Kreuzberg is one of the city's most lively areas. A street market takes place directly in front of the apartment on Tuesdays and Fridays with fresh fruit and vegetables as well as ready made food while on Saturdays you can buy all sorts of handicraft. Kottbusser Tor station (5 minute walk) connects north, south, east and west without the need to change.

Berlin Wannsee Summer House

It isn't large but has all the comforts without being fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. Berlin's center and Potsdam can be reached quickly. Private access, balcony with water views, terrace and garden all around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space for an extra charge on the sofa bed. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are on the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

Quiet Studio Apartment close to Mauerpark

Enjoy the vibrant life in Prenzlauer Berg and Mauerpark on one side and relax in my quiet Studio Apartment when you need it. The apartment is located perfectly to explore the city either on foot, by local transport, by bike or go directly shopping in the neighborhood. You will also find a historic walkway explaining the division of Berlin very close by....make yourself comfortable between an extraordinary past and a promising future of a remarkable city.

120 sqm2 penthouse/attic apartment + sauna + fireplace

This wonderful new 120 sqm attic/penthouse apartment with a sauna is in the Viktoriakiez (quiet location) - 2 min walk to the Nöldnerplatz S-Bahn station and 5 min walk to the Rummelsburger Bucht on the water. The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop from the trendy Ostkreuz and 2 stops from Warschauer Strasse. PS: I own an original 5-meter Riva boat from Italy. Thus, a private boat tour through Berlin can also be booked with me at any time.

Our accommodation is close to all the popular cafés and bars around the Bergmann- and Gräfekiez, as well as Kreuzkölln (Curry 36, Mustafas Gemüse Döner, Room 77). It is just as fast to walk on the Admiralbrücke, to the Hasenheide or at the Kottbusser Tor. Because of its central location and easy access to Neukölln, Mitte and Friedrichshain, the apartment will let you enjoy your stay in Berlin. There’s also a bike rental close by

Located on the border of Prenzlauer Berg and Mitte, in a tiny little street running just next to the fabulous Kastanienallee, makes a perfect kick-off point in the heart of almighty Berlin.

This ‚flat’ with its own entrance is a part of a bigger flat with another entrance door. The rest of the flat is separated by a door (locked). So you are not going to have any contact with other people. The apartment is located on the 4th floor (without elevator).
