Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

U-Bahn und Busse (z.B. U2 oder M45) sind fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen (U-Ruhleben und U-Olympiastadion). Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten bestehen vor dem Haus auf der Straße. Zu Spaziergängen in der Umgebung laden ein bewaldetes Naturschutzgebiet und ein kleiner See ein.

It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

This apartment was closed for almost 6 months due to a complete renovation, (that's why we lost our super host status) It is located right by Stuttgarter Platz.
