The train station (Bermatingen-Ahausen) is about 5 minutes' walk, bakery, butcher, pharmacy, bank approx. 2-3 minutes' walk, supermarket approx. 10 minutes' walk. To Lake Constance: Meersburg 8 km, Friedrichshafen 16 km.

Herzlich willkommen in unserem kleinen Paradies! Wir haben uns über die letzten Jahre ein kleine Oase erschaffen, in der es uns an nichts mehr gefehlt hat. Von Gästezimmer, über Sauna, Whirlpool, Glamping Dome, Pavillon und Outdoor Küche umfasst unser Garten alles was man für eine gemütliche Zeit braucht. Wir wohnen am Rande einer sehr kleinen Ortschaft, etwa 14 kilometer vom Bodensee entfernt. Der Garten ist umgeben von Natur und hier in der Region lassen sich viele schöne Dinge unternehmen.

Hier thront Ihr hoch oben mit einer herrlichen Sicht über den See bis zu den Alpen. Ideal für eine erholsame Auszeit ausserhalb der hektischen Stadt. Ein prima Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge mit dem Rad oder zu Fuss in die wunderschöne Umgebung. Zum See sind es nur ein paar Minuten den Berg hinunter. Hier könnt Ihr mit der Fähre nach Meersburg übersetzen und auch die Insel Mainau ist nicht weit. In die Stadt führt Euch der schöne, lange Uferweg oder der kostenlose, direkte Bus (ca. 15 min.).

My apartment is located in the small, idyllic village of Ittendorf, very quiet in a cul-de-sac and is ideal to recover from the stress of everyday life. It is a small place with 750 inhabitants, surrounded by orchards. It is part of a detached house and is located in the basement. The apartment has a separate entrance with a small sunny breakfast terrace. A free parking space right in front of the door ensures a comfortable arrival and departure. .

A very spacious apartment (150 m²) awaits you on the ground floor of a semi-detached house with 5 separate bedrooms and a living room as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The large conservatory leads down a few steps into the spacious garden, also with a seating area and a small arbor. The garden offers plenty of space for the children to play as well as to sunbathe and grill. Ideal starting point for great cycling tours to Lake Constance.
