You will stay in the middle of the countryside. From the property you can start a nice hike directly to the local mountain of the "Kampenwand" or You can simply enjoy Lake Chiemsee, which you can reach in 10 minutes (by car) or 15 minutes (by bike). From there you can take the ferry to the Fraueninsel (Women's Island) & Herreninsel (Men's Island). For romantics & horse lovers we offer carriage rides. Parties are not allowed with us as we live in the same house. We are looking forward to welcoming you for a relaxing vacation.

Our very bright, idyllic and quietly located apartment is on the first floor of our house and has direct access to your terrace area and the garden. The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Das Apartment liegt nur etwa 500 Meter vom Bahnhof entfernt, so dass du bequem mit dem Zug anreisen kannst. Alternativ stehen zwei Stellplätze zur Verfügung. Wichtigen Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.

We offer a cozy 2-room apartment with wonderful mountain views in a converted farm on the outskirts of Bernau. The farm is located in a quiet and dreamlike location. In the north is Lake Chiemsee, in the south the mountains. Direct access to the hiking trails to Chiemgauer Almen. Old Salinweg / Kampenwand / Gedererwand 5 minutes by bike and 15 minutes on foot to the town center. 15 minutes by bike and 10 minutes by car to Lake Chiemsee.

The apartment is perfectly connected by the neighboring train station and the A8 Autobahn.
