You can reach the small cozy apartment with private bathroom on the second floor of a historic courtyard via a separate external staircase. Here you can find everything you need: Double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), Kitchenette with stove/oven, fridge, coffee maker, toaster and kettle Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet The outside staircase is large enough that you can also use it as a small balcony or you can simply go into the large garden, which is available to all guests and me.

We offer a cozy, newly furnished 2 room apartment with wonderful mountain views in a converted farmhouse on the outskirts of Bernau. The farm is located in a quiet and dreamlike location. To the north is Lake Chiemsee, to the south the mountains. Direct access to the hiking trails to the first Chiemgauer Almen. Old Salinweg / Kampenwand / Gedererwand 5 minutes by bike and 15 minutes by foot to the center of town. 15 minutes by bike and 10 minutes by car to Lake Chiemsee.
