Die Küche verfügt über eine Grundausstattung (+ Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank) sowie eine typisch bayrische Sitzecke. Das Badezimmer ist mit zwei Waschbecken, Dusche, Badewanne, WC & Bidet ausgestattet.
