Between the lake and the mountains, a nice site and beautiful location for our recently renovated cottage. Great for families, the cottage is integrated into our house but totally independent and offers quality services. In a rural and quiet environment, you will enjoy the serenity of the place with a bonus of an unobstructed view facing the fields and the lake. In summer and winter, you will have quick access to the leisure and pleasures of Lake Geneva or the mountains: 10 min Evian (lake), 10 min ski resorts.

We also own a spacious 3 bed property sleeping 6 people situated next door. Renting the two properties together would be ideal for a larger family or friends holidaying together.

Our villa is perfectly located close to the lake, either 10 minutes from the beach on foot or 15 minutes from the ski slopes. You can enjoy a relaxing stay. The fully enclosed garden will allow your children to be safe or your pets to stretch their legs. 3 cars can be parked. 4 bedrooms, 3 double beds and 2 single beds, mezzanine bed type, very high, not suitable for 1 child, 1 bathroom and 1 shower room, 1 toilet. Welcome, come and relax in our cottage ideally located in a quiet area. At the foot of the castles of Allinges, in a quiet hamlet 10 minutes from Thonon/Evian, our cottage enjoys a privileged location that will allow you to fully enjoy your stay in the area. To do during the summer: Walks around the cottage to the castles and forest, mountain hikes (Mont Forchat 20 min), swimming in the lake (10 min), entertainment of all kinds in Thonon, Sciez, Evian.

Single-story 50 m2 accommodation for 1–4 people, with private unfenced garden, located in Filly, (Sciez Haute-Savoie), in the heart of Chablais, close to Lake Geneva and the Alps, in a Provençal farmhouse-style house. Warning: electric car charging not possible. We provide bed linens and towels. We kindly ask guests who come in pairs to let us know if they need two beds. Without specification we will prepare the double bed in the bedroom.

My place is good for families. It is located 19 km from Lake Geneva and 24 km from Morgins (Swiss border town), close to winter sports resorts, Bernex (9 km), Abondance, Chapelle d'Abondance and Châtel, Morzine-Avoriaz which are part of the Portes du Soleil area (connected to two countries). You will have a terrace and a play area, garden. A room is also available for storing ski and bike equipment.
