Unser "Häuschen" liegt direkt am Waldrand hinter unserem Wohnhaus, als Teil eines alten Mühlhofes! Zum Nachbarn sind wir 1 Kilometer entfernt und der nächste Supermarkt befindet sich in 6 Kilometer Entfernung. Es handelt sich um keine Luxusherberge, doch wer absolute Ruhe und ein Wanderparadies inmitten der schönsten Natur sucht, ist bei uns genau richtig! In der kalten Jahreszeit MUSS zusätzlich mit dem Kamin geheizt werden! ALLE, DIE MEHR KOMFORT SUCHEN, SCHAUT EUCH MEIN ANDERES INSERAT AN!

The vacation rental is located in a separate building with romantic flair. It is lovingly and tastefully renovated, so you can really feel good. The new kitchen is fully equipped, the chic bathroom has a window to the garden and the very comfortable 1.80 m wide bed has a comfortable height. Bicycles can be stored in the garage. The apartment is 50 square meters, has Wi-Fi and can accommodate a maximum of 3 people. There are numerous refreshment stops along cycling and hiking trails.

Nestled in the heart of the romantic Moselle Valley, the cozy little villa is located on the outskirts of the central wine village of Lösnich. Surrounded by beautiful nature, meadows and vineyards, you will find peace and quiet here. Whether wonderful hikes, relaxed bike tours, boat trips, walks or shopping in the world-famous "Pearl of the Middle Moselle" Bernkastel-Kues or the oldest city in Germany Trier, museum visits, etc. - here you have the ideal starting point!

Alojamiento en medio de la Naturaleza, y aún así a solo 10min de Trier. Luxemburgo (ciudad) queda a 25min en coche. Genial para trabajadores transfronterizos. Necesario coche, pues no llega el transporte público. Completamente amueblado y equipado con todo lo necesario para entrar a vivir. Vecindario tranquilo. Amplios campos para pasear y relajarse. Caben 4 personas, pero el sofá es algo estrecho para dos adultos, idealmente en el sofá cabe un adulto o dos niños.

Start excursions to the World Heritage Site Middle Rhine Valley, Trier, Cologne, Bonn and Frankfurt.

Our vacation home is located in a wildly romantic side valley between Hunsrück and Moselle and is only 9 km away from the well-known wine town of Zell Moselle. In Altlay, about 1.5 km away, there is a restaurant. Our vacation home is surrounded by forest and meadows. The Altlayer Bach flows right by the house. The picturesque, 200-year-old quarry stone building was renovated in 2022 and has a new bathroom, kitchen, underfloor heating and an open fireplace.

Small two-story vacation home. On the ground floor there is storage space for bicycles. The apartment on the first floor can be reached via an external staircase. It is divided into a living/dining area with a small kitchenette and a bathroom with a spacious shower. To sleep, you go up the inner staircase to an open gallery, where a 1.60 m wide bed awaits you. If you come with four people, the couch can be folded out into a full double bed.
