In the hollow of the Risle valley bordered by forests, near the charming village of La Ferrière sur Risle, the miller's house is located on the Moulin à Tan property, occupied by the owners. The large fully enclosed grounds guarantee absolute calm, the valley is classified as "Natura 2000". The house, rated 4 stars, renovated and equipped with all comforts, is the former home occupied by the millers when the mill was in operation from the 18th to the beginning of the 20th century.

Nice modern cottage with 140M2 open-space jacuzzi in a quiet equestrian property. It offers, an enclosed exterior, a 90 m2 living room with fully equipped open kitchen, a toilet. Upstairs, there is the sleeping area with a shower room with a walk-in shower and a toilet. There is also a desk and it is possible on request to add a child's bed or cot. Our friends cats and dogs are welcome but must be reported during the reservation.
