The apartment is in a quiet location and has a beautiful view of the countryside, where you can relax from everyday life. Amenities: underfloor heating, complete kitchen including dishes, etc., walk-in shower, floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room, kitchen and dining area.

Our apartment (85 m²) is located in a wine-growing community in the district of Ludwigsburg, right on the Neckar Valley cycle path. Leisure activities such as cycling, hiking, climbing, canoeing and swimming are possible in the village or the surrounding area. Close to three restaurants in the village, a wine tavern about 2 km away, and several wineries and cellars with the possibility of wine tasting in the immediate vicinity. Freeway connection about 4 km, train station about 5 km, bus stop about 5 min.

It can be parked by car in the courtyard in front of the facade directly in front of the apartment, or also free of charge in front of the house on the street. Small room with kitchenette and private bathroom. The room is located on the top floor of a two-family house. There are no shared rooms. The guest has full privacy. The guest should feel comfortable with us. That's why they have better amenities with us than in some hotels such as: iron with table, slippers, bathrobe (for longer stays). The coffee filter is not placed in the room due to lack of space, if desired please let us know.

Oldest house in Marbach - Maisonette apartment

The duplex apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a historic and oldest half-timbered house in the city of Marbach. This is only a 5-minute walk from the S-Bahn or bus as well as the old town or a nearby beer garden on the Neckar river bank. Next to the house runs the main road through the town. Due to the low insulation of the half-timbered house, it can be a little more restless on weekdays.
