Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. In winter, you will be 10 minutes from Super Besse and its ski slopes (Shuttle to Super Besse 300 meters away). You can also enjoy countless hikes, lakes and nearby historical sites all year round.

It consists of a kitchen, two bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom/WC (bathtub). The house is composed of 2 apartments. Ours is on the first floor. We remain discreet as much as possible in order to leave you as much as possible the house and garden.
