More Hobbit than Batman (no parking), this little cave house is built into the limestone cliff above the beautiful Provençal village of Cotignac. One of the most enchanting properties in the area, it has a garden with roses, palms, cacti and oleander. Panoramic view of the village. Parking nearby but the property has no vehicle access, only steep narrow path. This is the owner’s painting studio - easel available. Eagle owls nest above - no late parties/loud music. Villa Claudia (sleeps 6, 150 m2) is part of the Domaine des Palmiers which consists of three independent villas. The other two villas are not for rent. The house is surrounded by one hectare of pine forest and garden, with almond, fig and lemon trees. This house was the workshop of the painter Jean Miotte (1926-2016), it is a place bathed in light. In winter, the beautiful central fireplace allows you to enjoy evenings by the fire while enjoying Provence during the day.

On the other hand, there is a video projector and large screen, to do movie sessions or watch live TV (come with your computer, HDMI port)
