Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Betina

Ana und ihr Mann waren sehr nett von Beginn an. Das Haus war wunderschön, besonders der Whirlpool hat es uns angetan. Die Lage ist super, man läuft 5 min zum Supermarkt und 10min zum Strand und hat auch eine tolle Busanbindung nach Zadar. Insgesamt war es ein richtig toller Trip !

Excellent accommodation with a fantastic outdoor space in a peaceful village location. Milan is very friendly and kind. A car is needed to explore the area of Zadar and further afield but you could easily enjoy your time staying at the property relaxing and enjoying the outdoor facilities.

Užili jsme si zde krásných 13 dní. Skvěle vybavená kuchyň. Krasně čistý apartmán. S Mariem byla super komunikace. Pokud někdy navštívíme opět Pakoštane, rádi se sem vratíme. Na pláž Janica to je 550 m což s dvěma malýma dětma zabralo 8-10 minut. Krásne uličky i centrum města. I na začátku září zde bylo co dělat. Děkujeme moc za zpříjemnění dovolené! Doporučujeme všem!

We enjoyed our stay. Kristijan is a good host. If we had any question , he respond very quick. We're enjoyed time in pool and Whirlpool. It was fun for our childs. They loved it. After a half day trip, they jumped in there, all the time. On a rainy day , was nice to have the play station.

Great place with everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. Hosts were super helpful and even provided a travel cot and highchair for our little one. Would recommend having a car to get to town but can easily/cheaply park to get into the old town. Ubers were also very available and good value.

Diese Unterkunft ist wirklich etwas ganz besonderes, extrem groß insbesondere die riesige Terrasse, die jeden Support bietet. Wer etwas über Land und Leute erfahren will, ist hier genau richtig. Man fühlt sich sofort wie zuhause. Ganz besonders haben wir die unterschiedlichen Aufmerksamkeiten genossen, mal gab es kostenlose Eier, von den freilaufenden Hühnern, dann frisch geerntet Kirschen oder Knoblauch. Wir kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder.

Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist sehr ländlich und man ist auf ein Auto angewiesen. Innerhalb von maximal 30 Minuten aber alles erreichbar. Zadar, Novigrad und Biograd. Zum einkaufen nach Benkovac keine 10 Minuten. Es war ein herrlicher Urlaub und wir können dieses wunderschöne Haus nur weiterempfehlen. Genauso wie auf den Bildern 👌

De vakantie villa is zeer goed bevallen. Het huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien, zeer schoon en modern ingericht en beschikt over een groot zwembad. Ook de host was ook erg aardig, ze kwam vrijwel ieder dag even langs om verse dingen (groente, fruit etc) te brengen. De locatie zit dicht bij het vliegveld waardoor je wel wat geluidshinder kan ondervinden van vliegtuigen en helikopters, maar dit was niet erg hinderlijk. Om ergens naar toe te gaan moet je wel altijd eerst een drukke weg af, een (huur)auto is hierbij wel een must. Al met al hebben we een fantastische week gehad in Vila Ana.

Bardzo udany urlop. Apartament 5 minut od plaży Bošana. 10 minut spacerkiem do centrum miasta. Kontakt z gospodarzami bardzo dobry. Myślę że jeszcze tam wrócimy. ❤️🇭🇷❤️🥰

nice place to stay a little outside of the main town. it's about a 30 minute walk to the centre where the restaurants and bars are and about a 10 minute walk to LIDL. well equipped, clean, and comfortable ☺️

Sehr herzlicher Empfang von Brigitta und Antun. Wir wurden mit Kaffee und Muffins in dem wunderschönen schattigen Innenhof verwöhnt, den wir auch zum Frühstücken nutzen durften. Unkomplizierter Kontakt, Brigitta spricht deutsch. Schönes kühles Appartement, blitzsauberes Bad. Fußläufig zur Altstadt von Trogir und doch ruhig gelegen. Einfache Badegelegenheit in der Nähe, wenn man mal schnell Schwimmen gehen will. Sehr schöne Strände in wenigen Fahrminuten erreichbar. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank.

We had a great time, Nevia was a great host who recommended beaches and towns to visit. The apartment has sea view and a great view of the sunset:) plus it's really close to the beach.

We've had a great stay at Damir's place. Damir turned out to be a fantastic host, super nice, friendly and very helpful. He welcomed us personally and showed us around the appartment. He provided us with a lot of tips concerning the area, places to eat and things to visit, showing us all on the map. There were even some snacks prepared and cold drinks in the fridge. The appartment itself is extremely clean. It's located in a beautiful and calm area with bars and restaurants nearby. The beach is just around the corner. There's also a supermarket a few steps away. You can reach the old town in a few minutes by taking the bus or have a nice walk along the coast which will take about 30 minutes. The bus stop is just 2 minutes away from the appartment. The apparment has a huge balcony where you can have your morning coffee or use the grill in the evening. It's very well equipped with everything you might need during your stay. It's very bright and spacious. We really felt like home.

We had a short family vacation at Sukošan during the off season and really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is spacious and spotless clean, communication with Vinko was quick and easy. The location is great as you can enjoy few beaches in the vicinity, as well as needed infrastructure (like supermarkets, restaurants, etc) by foot. If opportunity comes - we would gladly come back and stay in this apartment again!

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft mit einer sehr guten Lage. Der Pool war wunderschön und es gibt viele Spielsachen für Kindern. Für Paare mit Baby sehr zu empfehlen. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert. Strand und Supermarkt sind schnell zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Vielen Dank! Wir kommen gern wieder!

Der Urlaub war super schön. Wir waren zu fünft und die Unterkunft war perfekt für uns. Es gibt alles was man braucht, schöne Schlafzimmer und eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, sodass man mit vielen Utensilien kochen kann. Der Ausblick von dem großen Balkon ist wunderschön und man kann an dem Ort richtig gut entspannen und sich erholen. Im April ist nicht so viel los, aber wenn man einen ruhigen & privaten Ort sucht, ist man dort perfekt aufgehoben. Das Highlight war die schöne Badestelle direkt am Haus, wo man sich den ganzen Tag sonnen kann. Von dort aus und auch vom Balkon konnten wir abends bei ruhigem Wasser oder morgens in der Frühe Delfine sehen. Sehr besonders wunderschön :)) Anton ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber und kümmert sich immer super lieb um uns gekümmert. Das Airbnb ist sehr zu empfehlen, danke für die schöne Auszeit 🐬☀️

super endroit avec une vue sur la mer magnifique, couché de soleil magique avec la terrasse devant un peu embêté avec l isolation parce que la nuit il faisait froid mais sinon très propre et bien équipé pb d insecte dans la salle de bain au niveau du toilette mais ca fait parti du charme de la nature petit bruit de l autoroute mais ne gêne en rien , en contre bas le restaurant avec une vue sur la mer trop beau merci pour ce sejour

We had a wonderful one-night stay at this cozy, beautifully renovated house that perfectly complemented the stunning landscape. The views were breathtaking, and we only wished we could have stayed longer! The hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive, making communication a breeze. The location was peaceful and private, with everything we needed provided in the house. Free parking was a great bonus. Highly recommend!

Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und stets ansprechbar. Im Haus war eine sehr gute Klimaanlage verfügbar und der Ausblick vom Balkon sowie dem Gemeinschaftsbereich ist unglaublich schön. Mit etwas wandern findet man sehr tolle Badestellen zum schwimmen und schnorcheln aber Badeschuhe sind empfehlenswert. Insgesamt haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
