Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Betina

Ana and her husband were very nice from the beginning. The house was beautiful, especially the whirlpool did it for us. The location is great, you walk 5 min to the supermarket and 10 min to the beach and also have a great bus connection to Zadar. Overall, it was a really great trip!

All 6 of us had an unforgettable stay. The BEST HOST we've ever had. Josip, friendly and helpful, was always approachable and on site. Whether it was about questions or his help, he was reliable and quick to respond to everything. He also helped us with the barbecue. He invited us to the 1st barbecue evening. He has provided us with more fish and meat for grilling from the region at a low price and in very high quality. He provided us with the wood for grilling at no extra cost. His hospitality is impressive. But he wasn't intrusive. The facility is very nice and clean, the utensils (dishes, cutlery, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent...) are sufficiently available. The balcony is simply fantastic with its view.

Excellent accommodation with a fantastic outdoor space in a peaceful village location. Milan is very friendly and kind. A car is needed to explore the area of Zadar and further afield but you could easily enjoy your time staying at the property relaxing and enjoying the outdoor facilities.

We had a lovely 13 days here. Well-equipped kitchen. Beautifully clean apartment. There was great communication with Mario. If we ever visit Pakostane again, we'd love to come back. Janica beach is 550 meters, which took 8-10 minutes with two small children. Beautiful lanes as well as the town centre. There was plenty to do even at the beginning of September. Thank you so much for making your vacation more enjoyable! We recommend it to everyone!

We enjoyed our stay. Kristijan is a good host. If we had any question , he respond very quick. We're enjoyed time in pool and Whirlpool. It was fun for our childs. They loved it. After a half day trip, they jumped in there, all the time. On a rainy day , was nice to have the play station.

Exceeded expectations and truly was the perfect escape in paradise. Ample activities on property to keep the family occupied and happy. Will absolutely be returning year after year!

This accommodation is really something very special, extremely large, especially the huge terrace, which offers every support. If you want to learn about the country and its people, you've come to the right place. You immediately feel at home. We especially enjoyed the different attentions, sometimes there were free eggs, from the free-range chickens, then freshly harvested cherries or garlic. We will definitely come back again.

Landlord very nice and helpful. The location is very rural and you are dependent on a car. Everything is accessible within a maximum of 30 minutes. Zadar, Novigrad and Biograd. Less than 10 minutes to Benkovac for shopping. It was a wonderful vacation and we can only recommend this beautiful house. Just like in the pictures 👌

nice place to stay a little outside of the main town. it's about a 30 minute walk to the centre where the restaurants and bars are and about a 10 minute walk to LIDL. well equipped, clean, and comfortable ☺️

Very warm welcome from Brigitta and Antun. We were spoiled with coffee and muffins in the beautiful shady courtyard, which we were also allowed to use for breakfast. Uncomplicated contact, Brigitta speaks German. Beautiful cool apartment, sparkling clean bathroom. Within walking distance of the old town of Trogir and yet in a quiet location. Simple bathing facilities nearby, if you want to go swimming quickly. Very nice beaches can be reached in a few minutes by car. We had a great stay. Thank you.

As a solo traveller this location met my needs. Well positioned in walking distance to the town centre. I spent all my time out and about but on returning, the studio had everything I needed and the private patio was a pleasant place to sit with a cuppa . Thankyou Dragica for your hospitality 😊

We've had a great stay at Damir's place. Damir turned out to be a fantastic host, super nice, friendly and very helpful. He welcomed us personally and showed us around the appartment. He provided us with a lot of tips concerning the area, places to eat and things to visit, showing us all on the map. There were even some snacks prepared and cold drinks in the fridge. The appartment itself is extremely clean. It's located in a beautiful and calm area with bars and restaurants nearby. The beach is just around the corner. There's also a supermarket a few steps away. You can reach the old town in a few minutes by taking the bus or have a nice walk along the coast which will take about 30 minutes. The bus stop is just 2 minutes away from the appartment. The apparment has a huge balcony where you can have your morning coffee or use the grill in the evening. It's very well equipped with everything you might need during your stay. It's very bright and spacious. We really felt like home.

A beautiful accommodation with a very good location. The pool was beautiful and there are many toys for children. Highly recommended for couples with a baby. Communication was easy. The beach and supermarket are within easy reach on foot or by car. Thank you! We will be happy to come back!

Our stay in Croatia was absolutely perfect, thanks to this spacious apartment right by the sea! The magnificent sea view from the terrace made our stay unforgettable. We loved having a beautiful beach just a 2-minute walk away. Anton is a truly great host; he welcomed us with a lovely basket of local fruits and a bottle of wine, and went above and beyond to meet our needs.
