Wi fi and phone signal is limited because of our position but the natural beauty and walking is glorious.

Access to sauna (£10 a session) Privately set in a paddock, ideally located to explore Snowdonia and the beautiful Anglesey beaches. 7 miles from both the royal town of Caernarfon with it's castle and Llanberis at the foot of Snowdon. There is so much to explore from our doorstep such as ancient castles, majestic mountains and lakes, steam railways, Portmeirion, Zip-world and much more. We even have the Heritage Steam Railway and a pub within walking distance.

The quiet side of Snowdon. Bryn Derwen is close (2 miles & 3 miles respectively) to the start of the Snowdon Ranger & Rhyd Ddu paths to the summit - without the crowds! Bryn Derwen is a self catering, mid terraced cottage, between Caernarfon and Beddgelert in the Snowdonia National Park. It is spacious with dining/kitchen & pantry, south facing sitting room, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. The gardens front & back, offer superb views of river & mountains and the Welsh Highland Railway.

This turf covered cabin is a blend of Viking longhouse and underground hobbit hideaway. It's in a beautiful spot in our orchard between the mountains and the sea on our small permaculture farm. Experience camping fire cooking, and clear starlit skies, whilst having a comfy bed, a kitchen, hot water, shower compost toilet and a wood burning stove to cosy round if it gets cold. All on our sustainable ecological farm which has lakes, woodlands and animals to find and explore.

There are 2 wood burners, fully equipped kitchen with large fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine & microwave. Excellent WIFI, Sky Q, walking guide books. Included is an initial supply of kindling, paper and logs. The Cwellyn Arms pub is just a few steps away.
