Studio in the heart of the pretty Place de Pont Croix on the ground floor of a building renovated by Tyerra Architectes. You can enjoy this dynamic and elegant little town on the banks of the Goyen. Beautiful walks on the redeveloped path that leads to Audierne. Small restaurants and friendly bars in this small city of character in the center of Cap Sizun radiating on the most beautiful beaches of this end of Finistère. If necessary, the coworking space is just adjoining.

Le Studio 29

Charming studio with mezzanine, located in the heart of the city of painters made famous by Paul Gauguin and the painting school of Pont-Aven. The studio is located in a wing of our house and you have two entrances to access it. You have an outside dining area at the foot of the staircase and a terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs. The garden and terrace can be lit in the evening. You are 200 meters from the city center and the museum and very close to the port.

Ideally located 1.8 km from the charming port of Lesconil and the large white sandy beach. Living room, open kitchen, living room/wood-burning stove, sofa bed, bathroom: shower and toilet. Upstairs on mezzanine, the staircase to access it is steep, with 2 beds (90 x 200). Beds are made on arrival for a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation. This is a fisherman's house (Pen Ty) renovated in 2014, comfortable, completely redone in 2017 and furnished in a practical and warm way the same year. It is located in the village of Trez Kermaléro, (near the small port of Loch), in the municipality of PRIMELIN. For fishing enthusiasts, surfers and hikers, or just those who love to relax!

Bioclimatic and ecological habitat, our small wooden house is ready to welcome you and bring you rest and pleasure for the eyes. 35 square meters all in wood or almost clad and panelled with thuja and cypress wood from a local sawmill, it is insulated with cellulose wadding. Everything has been thought out and custom designed to create a small cozy and bright cocoon. The sea view from the terrace and balcony invites you to explore the bay of Audierne.

Located on the ground floor of an old mill, 10 minutes from the ocean, the cottage includes a bedroom with bathroom, separate toilet and living kitchen with stone fireplace. It can accommodate 2 to 3 people. In a wooded environment you will have access to the mill orchard and the river (Le Moros) that runs along the property. Quietly, you can observe many birds: herons, piverts, owls. And with a bit of luck, you'll come face to face with the deer.
