Fully equipped, you’ll be able to prepare yourself fresh food and drinks at your own leisure. ++SUN ROOM/DINING ROOM++ A great space for those here on business using laptops and tablets looking for a quiet spot to sit and enjoy your morning coffee whilst getting work done. A lovely spot for guests who wish to dine in and don’t fancy eating on their laps. ++BEDROOM++ Bedroom is located upstairs. KING SIZE bed dress in fresh white linen. The room also features an amazing mezzanine gallery. The room is relaxing, has a double wardrobe and hair dryer. ++GARDEN PATIO++ The garden patio is a great space to enjoy drinks, nibbles and the evening sun. The Hayloft provides self catering holiday cottage accommodation fitted out to a high standard. The property is located in the pretty little village of Bainton situated in the heart of the Yorkshire Wolds close to many tourist destinations such as Beverley, Hull, York and the east coast. The cottage has a private gravelled garden area with outdoor furniture, set within one acre of private land and includes off road parking. We welcome two well behaved dogs but they must not be left unattended.

This is our smart terrace right in the heart of The Dukeries area of Hull. Our neighbourhood is a close satellite of the city centre - the station and St. Stephens are only a few minutes' drive away. The area is full of late Victorian character with Prince's Avenue just at the top of our street, offering trendy shops, bars and restaurants. We want our house to be, despite the cliché - a home from home. It is equipped with everything a family (or two couples) may need for a short or long stay.

Picturesque 18th Century Cottage

An period 18th Century cottage with a lovely kitchen, a cosy living room and a comfortable bedroom with a king-size bed. In addition there is a sofa bed in the living room, so this cottage can be occupied by 2-4 guests. The private and prettily planted courtyard has seating and a BBQ. Please note that as this is a period property the stairs to the upstairs bedroom are narrow and very steep and would sadly not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues.
