Angela’s place was perfect! Super close to the riverwalk and the lock bridge + much more. Excellent location. Added plus was the bed was super super comfortable. I recommend!

This Airbnb was a unique and charming find! We loved the abundant greenery and felt very secure on the gated property. The house's decor was particularly special, with thoughtful antique pieces and cultural items that added wonderful character. We had a great stay and highly recommend it.

Very cool place! The place is equipped with everything you'd need for a short stay. Plenty of space for street parking as well. The place does look a little more "rustic" compared to the pictures, but everything was mostly clean (we did find a few interesting items lying around, assumingly from the previous renters). We had upstairs neighbors and occasionally hear noises from them, sometimes very early in the morning so that's a small detail to watch out for, but nothing crazy. The headboards are just doors that are a bit old so if you accidentally touch them/knock into them there are things falling onto the bed, so do keep that in mind, plenty of pillows to "shield" yourself from accidentally doing that though. But outside of a few small quirks the place is nice, entry is private, and plenty of accommodations that other places wouldn't have. It really makes you feel like living in a home away from home. The rate is quite reasonable for what was offered. Would highly recommend.

We are SA residents, but our AC went out Friday night. We booked Tanner’s place for the weekend to escape the heat. We really enjoyed the walkable neighborhood and the pool.

This is the second time (third time across all of Chris’s properties) that my family stayed here. The house is over a century old and is beautifully renovated. Everything is in pristine condition. The rooms are spotless. The kitchen is lovely and big. The backyard is a sweet spot to have coffee or a glass of wine. I love this listing for these reasons and more. Note it is right off the feeder and next to a busy restaurant and bar. That said, the home is will insulated. We never heard any bar noise and felt totally safe the entire time. Bonus is its proximity to the Pearl District and downtown. Thank you Chris for hosting us again!

Very cute house. It was a very quick stay but we were very comfortable. Loved the back yard, unfortunately we didn’t have time to hang out back there. Conveniently ten minutes away from downtown and fifteenth minutes from the airport. We enjoyed our stay.

They responded quickly to my request to book and were super accommodating and friendly. Their place is so adorable- we felt right at home as soon as we arrived and loved our stay. The condo was small and cozy. Was a cute little area. Perfect spot to get into the river to begin your float. And the pool and hot tub was perfect to get into after the sun goes down.

Overall, a nice place. It was clean and well decorated. It's not too far from downtown and there are a lot of things to do in the area. The host was very friendly and quick to respond to any issues. I would highly recommend staying there!

Great spot on the Comal River. Made it easy to float, and quickly get back to the Airbnb. Communication was good, and the place was clean and the beds were comfortable. Will stay there again in the future.

Great studio in an awesome location. Lots of good restaurants and bars within a short walking distance. Apartment is one street over from a commercial area with lots of places to go, but is in a quiet neighborhood with many beautiful older homes surrounding the condo. It is street parking, but we never had a problem finding a spot nearby. Place is small, but very well organized and comfortable for two people. Nice backyard patio.
