Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Beylikdüzü

Excellent apartment at a reasonable price. The metro station is right next to the building. The host was very responsive — I really enjoyed my stay!

Bülent place is the cleanest Airbnb we have stayed in, the towels, sheets and comforters smells really good. When you turn on the air conditioner you feel a clean air coming out. Him and his brother are very helpful and they answer really fast. They helped us with our luggages and coordinate a van to the airport that gave us better price and comfort than if we get an uber. The location is amazing, many restaurants near the house and walking distance to Grand Bazar, Mezquita Azul and many other places. The neighborhood is a mix of tourists and local people and you get to know their culture better by being there. I will definitely come back to his place.

Among all the hosts I've met through Airbnb, he was by far the kindest. He allowed me to check in earlier than the scheduled time and told me I could ask for anything I needed during my stay. On my last day, he even treated me to a coffee downstairs. He was like a father figure — such a genuinely good person. The house was very clean and comfortable. I stayed for a total of 7 nights and 8 days, and if I ever return to this area, I will definitely stay here again. Thank you for offering such a lovely place to stay. I stayed here for 6 weeks while I worked at a hospital nearby. The place is in a great location, with lots of cafes restaurants nearby. The house itself although quite small is lovely, cosy and clean. The view is amazing and the home was very well equipped for short term stays. I also felt very safe staying there as a solo female, security was great. Mehmet Selim was also very attentive and responsive. 10/10

A total 5 star experience all around The very best place and area to finish off our 3 weeks in Turkey Such a welcoming place to come home to after a day out exploring We had the added benefit of a rooftop terrace to enjoy our breakfast and then beer and snacks before heading out to the choice many restaurants in the area for dinner The pizzas at Pizzrotti are amazing and we had them delivered to our terrace !! Balat has it all and just a quick tram ride to the beating heart of Istanbul The apartment was so quiet The shower was amazing The beds were comfortable The kitchen was well stocked We had a gorgeous lounge to relax in An all over 5 star apartment I thoroughly recommend a stay here of at least 4 nights

Sena was an excellent host! He was proactive, a great communicator, and went above and beyond to be sure we had what we needed. The location is very good - out of the touristy areas but easy access to local restaurants where we could eat an authentic meal for a reasonable price surrounded by locals. The apartment had everything we needed, including a GREAT drying rack, which was fantastic for our load of laundry. Everything was clean and in good working order. Thanks for the great stay!

التجربه جميله كنا ثلاث شباب وكانت مميزه لنا لوجود ثلاث غرف وايضا ثلاث حمامات وكانت فرصه مميزه اننا نحصل شقه مع ميزه انه كل واحد عنده غرفته وحمامه الخاص . قريبه جدا من محطه المترو وايضا من العباره. اللي ببحث عن الصخب هذا الموقع مايصلحله ، من يبحث عن الهدوء مناسبه جدا

Gia a vedersi sembrava perfetta, ma nella realtà lo è stato ancora di più, ha decisamente superato le nostre aspettative!La casa è stupenda, grande, pulitissima, curata nei minimi dettagli. La cucina è dotata di ogni cosa che ti possa servire per sentirti come a casa e anche di più,il bagno è perfetto, doccia ottima, acqua calda senza problemi, camera da letto dotata di ogni confort, aria condizionata sia nel salone che nella camera da letto, lavatrice, stendino, asciugamani, saponi. Nel salone c’è una grande tv. Tutta la casa è super luminosa, è divisa su due piani. La zona circostante è molto tranquilla, un bel posto, sicuro e piacevole, c’è un centro commerciale vicinissimo con caffè, ristoranti, atm, supermercato, ogni cosa di cui potresti aver bisogno. C’è un piccolo spazio esterno confortevole. È facile trovare mezzi di trasporto e taxi. L’host è gentile e disponibile. Ti verrà voglia di vivere in questa casa, non perdere altro tempo, per noi sarà sempre nel nostro cuore. Grazie

Because my flight was arriving at 7 AM., I asked Jonah if early check-in would be ok. He said yes without even asking the time and he was there to check us in at 10 AM. He also arranged airport pickup and drop off. The place is within 15 minutes of walk to historical sites and 3 minutes from bus and metro stop. It lacks sitting area but more than sufficient for family of 5 to sleep comfortably. Very clean and quiet area. I would stay again if visiting Istanbul again.

Mükemmel bir konaklama

We had a really nice time in Riza’s and Onur’s house. It is next to so many cafes and the commute is very easy with tram and ferry stations within 5-minutes walk. We were a family of 8 and had enough space for everyone. The house is well-equipped and had everything we needed. It does have many stairs inside and particularly the ones to the top floor are quite steep, but the hosts were very forthcoming about it and made sure we knew about it before confirming the booking. The communication was great and any small technical issues were resolved quickly and efficiently. My daughter is into arts and she particularly enjoyed various pieces of art in the house. Great stay and many thanks to the hosts!

If you plan to visit the historic sites in Istanbul, Giorgio’s place should be first on your list of places to look at. Located within walking distance of the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, the Palace, the Grand Bazaar and more, Giorgio’s apartment was an ideal spot for what we wanted to see in Istanbul. The apartment was clean, the bedrooms spacious and the hosts were super responsive. Communication was quick and helpful. The airport transfers for three day stays and longer made check in a breeze. And Giorgio arranged for return transfers to the airport (for a fee). This made checking out a breeze. There is a fantastic restaurant 10 meters from the front door (Begonville Cafe) where the workers treat you like family. Overall, our visit to Istanbul was stress free in part due to Giorgio’s apartment. We had a great experience and would recommend anyone to stay at Giorgio’s place.

Villanın olduğu site bilinen ve nezih bir site, villanın bahçesi ve havuzu muhafazakar aileler içinde gayet uygun.Konaklamayı düşünen arkadaşlara gerçekten tavsiyemdir.

Super Lage, schönes Viertel in Fatih, 5 Minuten zur Metro Richtung Galatabrücke. Wir würden die Wohnung sofort wieder wählen.

Great detailed thinking, we stayed for a week and they thought about every single thing that anybody needed to stay. We saw comments about insect issues but faced nothing. Thanks for the cozy vibe.

Absolutely loved my stay here! The house was spotless, beautifully furnished! The highlight was definitely the stunning view — waking up to it every morning was unforgettable. The location was peaceful but still close enough to shops and restaurants. The host was friendly, helpful, and made everything super easy. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. My host gave me a ride to the airport making it much more convenient. Five stars all the way!

I had a very comfortable stay. Cuneyt is very friendly, cooperative and quick to respond. As I was visiting to attend the fair at Tuyap, the apartment was ideally located just next to the fair grounds which was very convenient. Cuneyt's advise to take the Metrobus from airport was very helpful. Overall, I had a good experience.

The apartment was very nice and clean, it’s just like the photos. Ahmet was a great host he was helpful and friendly. Nice location, Migros, Starbucks and Espresso Lab in the next building.
