Pompadour Charming House

The cottage sits in it's own grounds of just under 2 acres with a small forest to the rear and backs on to local apple orchards. There are two double bedrooms (both bedrooms have cooling fans for summer and heaters for winter) a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge, microwave etc an open plan diner and comfortable lounge. There is french and english satellite TV, Wi-fi Internet and there is a covered terrace which faces south for outdoor dining.

Saint Robert, one of ‘Les Plus Beaux Villages des France’, is only a few mins away or 20 min walk.

The Estate under the Abbey

A cozy gîte (43m2) located in the countryside 5 minutes away from the horse town of Pompadour. Here you will find a beautiful castle, racecourse, eateries, terraces and shops. There are nice villages nearby, with markets, hiking trails, swimming lake and swimming pools within driving distance. The gîte has a private parking space and an enclosed garden. Pets are allowed in consultation. We charge a surcharge for this (indicate when booking). Parties/indoor smoking and vaping are not allowed.

The town is ideally located at the crossroads of the economic centers: BRIVE (30 min), TULLE (20 min) and UZERCHE (15 min); and close to the A20 and A89 highways accessible in less than 15 min. Within 1hr of the Dordogne, numerous chateaux at 20 mins as well as some lovely local villages. Come and unwind.
