Annelise's apartment is ideally located. Close to the beach of the chalets but also to the shops, everything can be done on foot. Very warm and welcoming, the apartment has everything you need for a successful stay. AnneLise was very accommodating for an early check-in, very responsive. I recommend this accommodation for a stay in Gruissan, everything was perfect.

We had a great time at Annick's place. This little cocoon is ideally placed. This open living room remains sheltered from the wind and rain. The beach is really close, the area is peaceful, the decor is charming, in short it is flawless! We'd love to come back!

Sophie's vacation home is beautiful. It is cozily furnished and equipped with everything you need in everyday life. It is very close to the beach and we quickly felt comfortable. We would come back anytime.

An idyllic stay by the sea! We had a great time at Philippe's apartment ideally located on the seafront. The daily market, right at the foot of the accommodation, offers a nice selection of fresh local products: a real pleasure to cook or just feast. Many shops are also within walking distance, making everyday life very convenient. The beach is superb and perfect for long walks . The apartment is comfortable and well equipped , a real little corner of heaven for a relaxing holiday.

A superb place to stay! Easy check-in process. The space was clean and modern. Very quiet, too. Great balcony facing the sea-morning coffee was great! Very easy walk across the street to the beach. Super close to tons of very good restaurants. Found a wine festival at Levant Park the last night we were there. Perfect ending to a very relaxing stay at Arezki's place.

When one imagines securing a well appointed, safe, comfortable, accommodating and ideally located place to truly relax or explore the delights of the southern Occitanie region from, Marc & Isabelle’s offering should definitely be on their mind. From very effective host communication, solid directions :) & a flexible approach all the way through to supporting us getting settled in, finding places we need as part of getting comfortable etc, we felt supremely well taken care of. The property itself is very well appointed & looks exactly as depicted in the app; it’s an excellent AirBnB for those who want to relax in comfort & privacy with a superb array of mod-cons. Everyone in our group was very impressed. Thoughtful and clever touches abound across the entire modern property & we would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone (family or a group of friends) - it’s a gem are likely going to return to! We had a very nice time in Cap d'Agde. The apartment is in a great location and the view from the apartment directly to the sea is great. The apartment is equipped with everything. Also suitable for children. Direct access to the beach. The only downside was that during our stay, very loud construction work took place in several apartments around us in the house.

Well received, I recommend this accommodation because it is well located and furnished. Clean, quiet place met my expectations. Beautiful swimming pool and beach nearby. Will happily go back.

The accommodation was perfect, the private terrace is very nice, the jacuzzi too. The accommodation is perfectly equipped and decorated with taste. I had a few questions and the hosts are very responsive, we were very well received, kindness and little attention with cookies that were waiting for us on arrival. I would recommned this property 😊

We stayed for a week at this great villa for a week. Everything was perfect and even beyond our expectations. The villa, the setting, the amenities, the pool…. A big thank you to our host also who contacted us to organize everything before our arrival, responsive when we have questions or needs. We'll be back very soon, that's for sure.

The small apartment with direct beach access is really very nice, very clean. We were lucky and there were hardly any other guests around us. The apartment is located in a residence with many other small apartments, good to know!!!! Beach in front of the door, bakery, bar, restaurant 5 min. walk, great. What was missing was written information about TV, dishwasher, key, terrace, etc. Terrace door cannot be locked or opened from the outside, i.e. going directly from the terrace to the beach was unfortunately not possible. Gabriel as co-host was always available, which was great.

Great house! The beach La Roquille is only a few meters through the dunes. We were there in mid-June with five people and had the beach almost to ourselves during the week. The house is tastefully decorated and very clean. The living room and bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. The bedrooms are small - but we only used them for sleeping anyway. Otherwise, life takes place on the beach or the terrace. The marquise provides shade for the seating area on the terrace at any time. Cooking outdoors on the plancha is a pleasure. Contact and reception very straightforward. Caroline also asked from time to time if everything was okay. We'd love to come back.

Clean and well-equipped accommodation, enclosed parking and 100 m from the beach... I recommend it!

The accommodation was great. I have never stayed in such a well-equipped holiday flat. We really had everything we needed. The view was fantastic. In general, the flat was very tastefully furnished. We felt very comfortable and would have liked to stay longer.

I am delighted with my stay at Roland's accommodation. The location of the apartment is perfect: just a gate separates us from the beach, close to the port center and restaurants, while being slightly out of the way to be quiet. The apartment is cozy! It felt good there. The sea view from the terrace is superb! A good place to recommend and remember... but shhh! It should not be overused

Sylvia's place is fantastic. It has everything you need plus it is very well located, a few mins away from the beach with shallow waters. There's free parking next to the flat and Sylvia is mega responsive and kind; having allowed us to check out a bit later. I would come back!

Very nice, modern apartment, just a few steps away from the beach. Great facilities, especially in the kitchen, everything you need. We enjoyed the stay very much!
