Cette maison de maître de 350m2 sur un terrain de 2 500m2 avec piscine et vue dominante sur l'océan et les montagnes comprend: Au RDC: une belle entrée avec bibliothèque, un bureau, une superbe pièce à vivre avec salon/salle à manger (cheminée fonctionnelle), une cuisine bien équipée et un wc separé. The closed bedroom is on the ground floor with 1 large double bed (160/200), a TV and there is a mezzanine where there are 2 double beds. Very good location, 1.2 km from the beach, 200 m from all amenities (Carrefour City, fishmonger, bistro, tobacco/press, bakery, bank, hairdresser, restaurants).
