Cette maison, classée 3 étoiles, est un havre de paix. Nous l'avons achetée en 2023 sur un coup de cœur. Il n'y a eu aucune hésitation, en passant le portail nous étions séduits. Nous l'avons rénovée pour un confort optimale Il y a la clim, mais aussi un poêle à bois pour les temps plus frais, Netflix, la fibre Un esprit sauvage avec beaucoup de modernité Juste derrière se trouve l'immense forêt landaise, et à quelques minutes en voiture se trouvent les plus belles plages océanes, à perte de vue

Authentic oyster farming district. Train station 400m away. Atypical for the comfort provided by the wood, its terraces, its water environment (between the port and the 'canelot'), its views, its swimming pool and the neighbor's oysters - the best in the Basin.
