Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Bibinje

I had a wonderful 3-day stay at this apartment in Zadar. The highlight was the private and peaceful location near the sea—absolutely perfect for relaxing. The view of the sea from the bedroom was stunning, especially at sunrise and sunset. Though it’s around 8 km from the city center, the quiet atmosphere and scenic surroundings more than make up for it. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and just steps away from the beach. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a serene coastal getaway. Hope to return someday!

Our trip was very successful. The perfect place for a larger group of people, there were 8 of us. The large garden provided freedom and a lot of fun for our kids. The barbecue area comfortably accommodated us all. With a clear conscience, I can recommend the house and Jelene as a host.

Franko and his father are both wonderful hosts and provided a very homely feel. Very responsive, kind and helpful. The accomodation was in very good condition. We were within a short walking distance of the beaches and restaurants. Being situated within a 15 minute drive of Zadar was also ideal as it was one of our favourite destinations. No complaints to make, would visit again. Thank you both!!

Ana and her husband were very nice from the beginning. The house was beautiful, especially the whirlpool did it for us. The location is great, you walk 5 min to the supermarket and 10 min to the beach and also have a great bus connection to Zadar. Overall, it was a really great trip!

Sanja warmly welcomed us despite the delayed landing at 1:30 in the night and even took the time to show and explain everything. She responded very quickly to all our questions and informed us about any issues, with a stay at her place, you do everything right.

Excellent accommodation with a fantastic outdoor space in a peaceful village location. Milan is very friendly and kind. A car is needed to explore the area of Zadar and further afield but you could easily enjoy your time staying at the property relaxing and enjoying the outdoor facilities.

Very nice place to stay! Darya was really helpful and responsive giving us great local recommendations! Loved the tip about using the barkika boat to access the old town much quicker. Also loved going to have a coffee at Marex by the water. Highly recommend staying here while visiting Zadar!

We were absolutely impressed with our stay in these apartments! When choosing them, we considered the location, and we couldn’t have made a better choice! It’s only 15 minutes to the airport, 5 minutes to the beach on one side, and 2 minutes to the sea on the other. The city center and the nearest shop are also just a few minutes’ walk away. Perfect if you don’t have a car. As for the apartment itself — it fully matches the description. Since we cooked our own meals, we found everything we needed and even more! The beautiful design and cozy details like candles created a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I’d especially like to highlight the terrace, which is a very pleasant place to spend time — it’s always in the shade, which is great during hot weather. A heartfelt thank you to our host Mia for her hospitality and quick responses. We highly recommend this place if you have any doubts, and we will definitely recommend it to our friends! ❤️

Superb place! Great location. Easy access to beaches and restaurants. The house was pristine. Most important, super amazing hosts. Were there to greet us, very responsive with questions, suggestions, and always helpful.

Josipa is an excellent host, friendly and helpful, she was waiting for us on arrival with great local advice. The apartment is finished to a high standard internally with all the items listed. Linen is good quality white towels and bedding, the place is spotless. Josipa is quick to respond and helped us with beach towels and cushions to use at 3 local pebble beaches located within a 5 minute walk of the apartment. Great advice from Josipa on local bus route into Zadar town which is well worth a visit. Also able to park the hire car onsite safely. Puntamika is predominantly a residential area with many homes offering apartments for rent. It’s a lovely welcoming and friendly community. It tends to be quiet after 11 at night which suited us perfectly. Good bars and restaurants within 5 minutes walk as well as a supermarket for supplies. Totally recommend this lovely apartment with beautiful views from each of the 2 balconies. Thank You to Josipa and her lovely family for a great time.

Ante and Milena are fantastic hosts, communication was great and Ante even Carried our suitcase up many steps to the apartment and fully explained everything we needed to know about the unit and Zadar The apartment even had partial views of the city and ocean and was all recently renovated Location was a bit too far for walking to the beach and old Town but Ubers were always a quick response and around 6 euros each way The price reflects the location There is about 80 plus steps up to the apartment so keep that in mind if you don’t like stairs ! We would highly recommend Ante and Milena and the property Glenn and Diane , from Australia

A great apartment for 5 guests. We were given a welcome by the host's daughter who showed us everything we needed. Everything was clean, tidy and spacious. The outside seating and dining areas were perfect and the shared pool was the highlight (we were all sad to leave it behind!). If you have a car, as we did, the location is fine (7 or 8 minutes drive from the old town car parks) but it would have been a long walk without a car. Highly recommended!

Great place, with a supermarket just opposite and a great view. We had a wonderful time and would come back.

The flat was great, really clean and located close to the centre. The parking spot was a big plus!
