The apartment is right on the beach, there is a marina for clocks and mopeds just a short walk away, there are a lot of restaurants in the area. The apartment is 100% as described. The owner was very kind and helpful, despite the agreed check out by 10 a.m., we could not stay for a fee until late in the afternoon so we could go to the airport at our convenience. Thank you so much and we recommend goroco this place to other guests. We will be back with pleasure.

Absolutely recommended! The garden and direct access to the sea are a dream, inviting you to swim and walk (or jog) by the water. Everything was very clean and the linens and sofa cushions smelled particularly fresh. Dubravka is warm and uncomplicated. With the passenger ferry you can visit Zadar and other islands. With the car ferry you can visit national parks on the mainland, but the island also gives you enough options to relax, eat and hike. You definitely need a car. We had a great vacation!

The location of the accommodation is great! Right by the sea. The house is optimally sized and tastefully furnished. The terrace is super. Perfect for beach lovers. Tiziano was always available. Clear recommendation.

A great apartment with a beautiful view of the sea, which you can reach in 1 minute on foot. It's also great that you can rent a stand-up paddle. Communication was friendly and warm. It was a pity that we only learned on the day of departure that we had to pay a surcharge for the dogs. When we booked, there was no information about it.

This accommodation is really something very special, extremely large, especially the huge terrace, which offers every support. If you want to learn about the country and its people, you've come to the right place. You immediately feel at home. We especially enjoyed the different attentions, sometimes there were free eggs, from the free-range chickens, then freshly harvested cherries or garlic. We will definitely come back again.

We stayed at the apartment for a week and enjoyed every day. It is super quiet and the pool you can relax very well. Due to the private parking, it is perfect for people who want a mix of relaxation and active vacation as there are a lot of national parks nearby. Highly recommend!!

We spent 2 weeks in the accommodation and felt very comfortable. Super quiet location and the beach is right outside the door. We'll be back.

Katarina and Predrag are extremely friendly, warm and uncomplicated hosts. Although we only booked at 12:30 pm on the same day, we were able to move into the house in the evening in perfect condition The house was very clean and Predrag cleaned the pool every 2 days, always taking care not to disturb our privacy. In case of problems, they were immediately available and took care of them immediately! At the end of our holiday, they invited us to a barbecue, which unfortunately we could not attend, as we had already planned other activities...a week is far too short. Inventory, kitchen appliances all great! Our dog was also welcome. For him, the fenced and large property and also the adjacent field paths to the walkway were wonderful!

Matija was an exemplary host. Everything was superb from start to finish. We loved the quiet location but with such easy access to old Zadar. The pool was perfect, beautiful villa, super clean, everything provided. Sad to leave. Highly recommended

The stone house was simply fantastic! We were particularly enthusiastic about the absolutely private and secluded pool - perfect for relaxing. The tranquility in the area was exactly what we needed. We loved everything about our stay in this beautiful property. It is built and furnished so thoughtful and aesthetic and we all felt that this space radiated such a calm energy. It is perfect to switch off and fully enjoy time offgrid whilst being provided with everything you might possibly need and feel very much at home. The garden, patio and pool are super big and are amazing to spend a looot of time. And last but not least: Vladimir and his parents were incredibly kind hosts and took very sweet care of us which made the stay extra special. Thanks a lot!

Sanja’s beautiful cottage is like little Oasis. Private, with fully fenced garden, terrace, swimming pool and the house itself is just a gem. The hosts are very kind and welcoming and we enjoyed every minute. Zadar, Split and Krka Nature Park are easy to reach by car. If you are looking for a stay in the area - this is the place! 💎

Everything was top-notch! The house was just a 20-minute drive from Zadar, making it super convenient to visit the city while still enjoying peace and privacy. Communication with the host was very easy and smooth. The host was incredibly kind – she even brought us cake and really cared about making our stay great. The house itself was perfect: very spacious, lots of bathrooms, and an amazing private pool. It had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who wants to be close to the city but still enjoy privacy and comfort. I would definitely come back!

Marijana is a warm and likeable host. The place was very clean, the location simply fantastic! From the beautiful balcony direct sea view, on foot the sea can be reached in 3 minutes. Very quiet location!

Frankos apartment was everything and more. Lovely size apartment spotlessly clean. Lovely views. Sun on both balconies so lovely to sit out and enjoy a meal. There is a lovely supermarket a stone throw away. Franko has the restaurant opposite and this is a must!!!. The staff are amazing so attentive 5 stars. And so reasonably priced. I can not reconnect this place any better. He is a lovely young man. Nothing was a bother. We are so booking again

We had a great week at Iva's apartment. Everything was as described, very clean and comfortable and already equipment with some basics like salt and pepper. That was really nice. The open balcony is the high light, of course. What does not become clear by the pictures, is that as of noon you get full sun light on it. So it's highly recommended to stay in for sunset dinner. Last but not least, the contact with Iva was great. She answered right away and supported us with everything we needed. We definitely would come back for another vacation at Sukosan and a stay at Iva's.

When booking an internet listing, what we experienced here is a very rare and extremely good thing: based on the listing (photos and text), we arrived at a much more wonderful property than the imaginary place. Everything was as it was described, but even better: it was seen that they were constantly looking after the place, both in furniture and in the garden and in other outdoor spaces. A little diamond is this place in a calm, peaceful bay on the water. Our host was very helpful, helpful in everything and very kind and patiently tolerated our questions, problems, and solved everything. The environment is tidy, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, you could really relax and relax here. It was a special kindness to offer water sports goods owned by the host for use during our stay (e.g. SUP), and we didn't expect that. Thanks for everything, just keep going!

The accommodation does not look great, you can also sleep there super. Bed is great, beautiful view from the terrace, kitchen well equipped. You feel at home thanks to Slavka. We will definitely come back 🦆🦆
