I had an amazing stay at this place! The space was incredibly clean and well-maintained, making me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. The house was also very spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. The pictures just don’t do it justice. Swimming pool and Sauna was a nice touch for sure and definitely made use of it. John was responsive and helpful, making the entire experience seamless. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay

The lovely home was ideal place to gather for a family wedding. There were 13 of us, including 4 babes and it worked very well. Masses of space inside the house and to be able to sit outside Thoroughly recommend it as a dreamy place to stage, perfect for all generations.

We stayed at the house for weekend of birthday celebrations, the house was great and the garden, pool and surroundings were fabulous. The kitchen area was perfect for gatherings and loads of space to unpack. The beds were really comfortable, maybe an option to have a couple of additional twin beds as the majority were all double. The house was spotless and with the weather being perfect we couldn’t have asked for more. Anne was accommodating in all requests and information about the local area. I would highly recommend this property, we had a fabulous weekend.

Lauren was a fabulous host, nothing was too much trouble. My request for a birthday cake for one of our party was met with "I can arrange that for you and would you like candles and balloon decorations too." I got the brownie points but Lauren did all the work. The accommodation was beautiful on arrival and it bought on some very happy birthday tears. Spotlessly clean and furnished to a high standard throughout, and it comes with a nice little private garden. The site is wonderful and has everything you could need, from a good breakfast to some lovely walks around fishing lakes. My girls had a wonderful long weekend at Laurens accommodation and,although not home yet, are already planning a return trip. Thanks again Lauren... 5*.

We spent 6 days at Rob’s place with our 3 children. The weather was not our friend but the onsite swimming pool meant we still had a fabulous time. The hot tub was a great addition to the property. The cottage had plenty of room for us all & the spa facilities were fantastic. Great location as well, we had a lovely morning wandering around Cirencester. Rob was super helpful. We used 2 of the recommended places to eat & both were fantastic options. Lovely stay!

We had a great 4 nights at Lucy’s. The garden is breathtaking, the pool lovely and a short walk takes you to the historic pub (complete with Morris Dancers). Lucy was very welcoming and friendly and the house comfortable and within easy travelling distance of some of the best parts of the Cotswolds. We would love to return. Thanks Lucy!

A beautiful barn conversion in lovely grounds with lots of facilities, with thoughtful and helpful hosts. It was a fabulous long weekend and we didn’t need to leave the grounds to be entertained throughout, from in the pool to playing pool, it was all we could ask for.

Ian's place was a perfect spot for our group while attending a local wedding. Very cute and charming, full of all the amenities needed, and a lovely welcome basket was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend booking Ian's place to anybody interested.

The house was absolutely lovely – the perfect getaway for us and a few friends. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Phoebe was a fantastic host, incredibly responsive and welcoming, even greeting us when we arrived. We’ll definitely be back!

Stayed here for a 2nd time in the last few months and it remains to be very beautiful, clean, everything works very well and is a very comfortable place to stay. I love how private and quiet it is there. I would certainly stay again.

OMG, I don’t have the adjectives to describe this trip! I booked it for myself, my husband and our dog & it was pure perfection. Lesley was helpful as anything, gave a list of local recommendations and the easiest check in/out instructions. It was clean, fresh bedding and location was PERFECT for where we needed (within a half hour drive of all the tourist spots we wanted to visit). Lesley let us bring our dog, left a card for us and a towel/bag of treats for the dog just in case he wanted a swim in the canal. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Amazing host, wonderful location and just 5*s all round from me! Thanks for a wonderful stay Lesley ❤️

Staying at Joes' place was a true pleasure. The house was spotless, we had a cozy living room, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, every thing was perfect for our needs. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again if we're back in Bicester Village. Thank you for a wonderful stay !

**A Perfect Stay in the Cotswolds** We had such a wonderful stay at this beautifully presented cottage in the Cotswolds. Immaculate throughout and tastefully decorated, the space felt both cosy and luxurious. A thoughtful touch on arrival was the fresh bread and cake, so welcoming after a journey. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and everything we needed was provided. Deborah, the housekeeper, was fantastic – very responsive and helpful, with clear, timely communication. The location was another highlight – peaceful yet perfectly positioned, with Soho Farmhouse a pleasant walk away. We couldn’t have asked for more and would highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a charming and relaxing get away!

Thyme Cottage is a little gem of a place. The pictures really don't do it justice - it is so cute. We stayed here as we had two nights at Nocturne Festival which was just 10 minutes away so super convenient for this. In terms of the house itself its one of the nicest Airbnb i have stayed in, every little detail so well thought through. it was a super hot day when we arrived but the cottage remained cool and Alison even changed the duvet to a lighter tog for us. It was squeaky clean, lovely little touches like super nice bath robes, 100 acres amenities, a beautiful little garden to sit in which we made plenty of use of , bed was super comfortable and parking was right outside. The interior design of the house was second to none, kitchen well stocked and one of the best showers i have encountered in an Airbnb. Alison is an amazing host, gave recommendations and answered as soon as we messaged. I would definitely stay there again and recommend to all prospective new guests. 10/10.

Great communication from host/managment company, great suggestions for restaurants and places to visit in the handbook provided at this pretty cosy country cottage in a lovely peaceful area. Well equiped and spacious kitchen, good wifi connection - useful for me to do a few hours work from the cottage, Comfortable seating for 3 people in the lounge/sitting room, one extra seat would be handy. We used a garden chair. I enjoyed the eclectic artwork and photographs and interesting selection of books. This was perfect for a few days quiet get away with friends. We had a great three night break here. Highly recommended.

The cottage is beautifully decorated and in a fab location, perfect for our stay in Woodstock. It was cleaned spotlessly for our arrival and we were provided with all the amenities we needed for the few days we were there. Debs is a fantastic host and provided really thorough but clear instructions and responded promptly to any questions we had. I would absolutely recommend staying here if you’re headed to Woodstock/Oxford.

Elinor’s place is unique - it use to be a pub! Her Airbnb is cosy, warm and has all the amenities needed. Elinor is a great host and very responsive. She was kind enough to let us check out later, which allowed us more time to explore Oxford. Thanks for a great stay - wished we stayed longer!

Thank you for having us to stay. Hornbeam Cottage is a lovely property in a great location. It comfortably accommodated the three generations of our family. Having a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor was particularly welcome for the grandparents! Everything was great, particularly the hot tub and the garden space as it was a lovely weekend to sit outside. Thanks too for the recommendations for brunches, lunches and dinner 😀 - we enjoyed it all!

We had a wonderful stay! We were 6 small children and 10 adults and the space still felt plenty for us all. We enjoyed eating round the big table and the garden was a great space for the children to play in. The kitchen was nice and spacious and pretty well equipped for cooking. The host was very responsive and helpful in sorting a travel cot and highchair. We didn’t explore much of the local area but did make use of the nearby playgrounds. Thanks for having us!

There were 3 of us staying at this lovely cottage. It's in a very pretty quiet street with easy parking. The house was very comfortable and well equipped, wonderful spacious kitchen and cozy lounge and comfortable beds. It was lovely sitting out in the garden enjoying the peace and quite. There are 2 excellent pubs within walking distance both doing great food and a well stocked co op in the village. Communication with Heather & Lorna was excellent and great instructions getting into the house. Would highly recommend staying at this wonderful cottage.

Our stay was short and sweet and this provided a perfect place to rest. Rosie provided clear instructions, flexibility, and checkout was straight forward and simple.
