There's a strong wifi signal in both spaces, which makes video call's possible. This modern design apartment in a centuries old building (anno 1584) is in the centre of Utrecht.

De woning is geheel gerenoveerd (afgerond in december 2023) en sfeervol ingericht. Er is veel aandacht besteed aan comfort, wat onder andere terugkomt in de vloerverwarming, goede isolatie, de houtkachel en zowel een bad als een inloopdouche. Het buitenleven is hier fantastisch voor zowel jong als oud.

You love a vintage look and quiet environment, especially in the evening. The Veluwe and the IJssel are easy to visit, but cities like Zutphen and Zwolle are also easily accessible. If you want to relax and decide for yourself what you do, then you have come to the right place! We have a fully independent vacation cottage (45 m2) next to our house where you can enjoy yourself. The cottage has its own entrance and is equipped with its own complete kitchen, bathroom and a separate bedroom. Our vacation home is located in Gietelo near Voorst. From here, it is beautiful for hiking and biking or visiting Zutphen, Deventer or Apeldoorn.
