Spacious 1-room apartment with kitchenette, desk, Wi-Fi and small shower room, located in the countryside, in a quiet residential area. Approx. 40 square meters. Here a nice, bright room awaits you, equipped with a 1.80 m wide double bed and a furnished workplace. The room is on the garden side with access to the terrace and its own entrance door. Parking right in front of the house. Behind the garden is the recreational area with forest and meadows. The city can be reached in 15 minutes.

Stay in the middle of the historic city center in the oldest half-timbered house in Wiedenbrück, built in 1549. The beautiful Flora-Westfalica, with its state garden show grounds and the Emssee, can be reached on foot in three minutes. In December, the Wiedenbrück Christmas market begins again, attracting crowds of guests from afar with its unique atmosphere. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of our apartment building and was last renovated in 2024 (since then Airbnb). It has 2 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (140 x 200 cm + 180 x 200 cm), a table for working, playing, etc. and storage options. The tables in one of the rooms + kitchen can be folded out. The kitchen is fully equipped. You can cook and bake. There is 1 bathroom with a bathtub and sink. The toilet is separate. Towels are provided.

The room is located on the courtyard side of our farmhouse, which was built in the 1950s and renovated, right next to our horse stable. It is furnished in vintage style with old pieces of furniture that have been lovingly refurbished and exudes a lot of coziness that fits the rural area. In the immediate vicinity are several lakes that invite you to take a walk. The place is also an ideal starting point for cycling tours along the Lippe.

Bei dem Gebäude handelt es sich um einen komplett sanierten Resthof in ruhiger Lage und doch nur 1,5 km vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Unser Haus liegt sehr nah am Weserradweg. Die Wohnung eignet sich für Urlauber, Monteure oder Geschäftsreisende.

A kitchen with 2 hotplates, sink, mini oven, contact grill, fridge, coffee maker and kettle offers everything you need. Linens, towels, etc. are provided. Arrival by car is recommended as the nearest stop is 1.3 km away.

The attic apartment is ideal for guests who are also looking for a simple, practical and inexpensive apartment for a longer period of time. The apartment is 23 square meters. It is fully furnished, has a fiber optic internet connection and a TV. The apartment on the second floor is located in an apartment building with twelve apartments (built in 1958) with a correspondingly simple environment.
