We (Armin (67), Heidi (61) and Waltraud (84) live in a 2-family house with 50 sqm attic apartment in a district of Bielefeld and yet very central. A bakery, dentist, restaurant, ice cream parlor, Aldi, Lidl, Takko, Schuhpark and a large supermarket are within walking distance. By "bus" you are in the city at the train station on the boulevard with its cinemas, pubs and restaurants in 17 minutes. The connection to the highway is very good (about 7 minutes). Free guest parking is available.

Unsere 40qm grosse Wohnung liegt zentral im Bielefelder Stadtteil Brackwede. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Einfamilienhaus mit einem eigenen Eingang. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind auf der Straẞe vorhanden. S-Bahn und Bushaltestelle Kann man 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Die Straßenbahn braucht 15 min in die Bielefeld City. Gute Anbindung an die A2 und A33. Nur ein paar Gehminuten kann man den Teutoburger Wald genießen. Café, Kiosk und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe.

It has 2 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (140 x 200 cm + 180 x 200 cm), a table to work, play, etc., and storage. The tables in one of the rooms + kitchen are foldable. The kitchen is fully equipped. It can be cooked and baked. There is 1 bathroom with bath and sink. The toilet is separate. Towels are provided.

Built in 1895, the house was completely renovated and modernised by us in 2015. We are a very nice HsGemeinschaft , a total of 4 parties live in the house. We also live on the ground floor, door to door, so to speak, and are available for questions. The apartment is equipped with everything and if something is missing, or a washing machine is needed, we can help with anything.
