Newly renovated appt with total space of 45m2 . Very convenient for transportation , public transportations are just at the door and Heverlee train station less than 100 meters . Very close to KU Leuven campus. Supermarket carrerfour express in walking distance (5 min) , and open Saturday &Sunday from 7:3AM until 8PM . Our appt is in 3rd floor, ground floor has one sushi bar , there are also 2 woks in walking distance (300meters).

This stay was fab! It was booked very last minute and Rudy was incredibly accomodating and really understanding of the situation. He made every effort to make everything as smooth as possible. He is incredibly knowledgable of the town, it's history and makes for one hell of a guide of the town of Leuven! The place was as listed, a cosy little room easy to get to from the station and not too far from the centre of town. I'd highly recommend this to anyone passing through !

Beautiful townhouse 2 km from the center of Leuven. Lovely bathroom and cozy room. Possibility to have a coffee or tea in the room. Although I did not meet Sofie, there was a very smooth communication. Check-in was with a key safe.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Fred’s Airbnb with 6 of my friends, and it was an exceptional experience! From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was seamless, thanks to the clear instructions provided. The space was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect—just a short walk from a local store, pharmacy and restaurants, yet tucked away in a peaceful and quiet green environment. Fred is incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable, offering great recommendations for nearby activities. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a memorable getaway, it is fully private, it is way bigger than it looks on the pictures, loads of light and even has a table football :D.
