Everything was wonderful, exactly as described and the hosts were exceptional.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Myra's place was very clean and really cozy. It's located in a very quiet neighborhood, but still just a short drive to lots of beaches and things to do in all directions. There is no shortage of great restaurants and food in the area, and there's plenty to see and do. Myra was quick to respond to my questions, and David met us at the apartment on arrival to make sure we got in and had everything we needed. Getting in was super easy, and we had a great stay. Edna Valley is a beautiful and peaceful area. It was easy to get around to lots of places without having to be in the thick of it. I would love to stay at Diane’s property again. It had everything you need and more. The unit although on the same property, felt very private and safe. I did not meet Diane in person however, all interactions were welcoming and pleasant. Thank you for opening your spacious, tranquil, and full of amenities home to my family.

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our anniversary! It was super cute, with accommodations for our 3 month old. Close to local food/shops! Would definitely stay again!

The location of this place is absolutely unbeatable—right on the oceanfront with stunning views and the sound of the waves just outside. If you’re looking to be right on the water, this spot is perfect

I absolutely love staying at this location. It is perfect place to stay, it’s near everything and the view is priceless.

This place was exactly as described in the listing and the pictures. It had all the conveniences of home that were needed for a small family and is very efficiently laid out. The living area with the huge windows made the space feel open and gave you views of Monterey Bay. It is very conveniently located in Pacific Grove--walkable to Lover's Point Beach and short drive or long walk to Cannery Row or the "downtown." Although the single parking space is tight, it was very convenient to have dedicated parking close by. Check in was very easy, instructions were clearly provided. They had a washer and dryer in the building, which was also convenient for a week long stay. Mermaid Cove is definitely a convenient, comfortable, and peaceful place to stay. I highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming one-bedroom flat in Carmel! Everything was exactly as described - clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. The space had a warm, cozy feel and plenty of natural light. The flat was very unique - tucked away in a downtown alleyway past some restaurant outdoor seating to a private courtyard and stone staircase leading to the door, straight out of a romace movie. The location is the best you could ask for to enjoy downtown Carmel, just steps away from great restaurants, art galleries, and boutique shops . We loved starting our mornings with coffee on the private patio and opening the front windows for the cool morning breeze. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in extremely simple for us. If you’re looking for a peaceful and extremely functional place to stay in Carmel with easy access to everything the area has to offer, I highly recommend this adorable downtown flat. I would absolutely stay here again!

Ali’s place is so peaceful - gorgeous gardens, outdoor space with views, and a spotless and comfortable interior. I appreciated being able to walk to Fiscalini Ranch, with views the whole way! Ali provided wonderful suggestions for local attractions and restaurants and was a terrific communicator. I couldn’t have asked for a lovelier place for my trip to Cambria!

We have stayed at many beach hotels and apartments and this may have been the best. Beautiful view of the beach, which is pretty quiet. And you can walk on the beach for a couple of hours in either direction. Also really enjoyed the location in Watsonville, which is the strawberry capital of the US. And nice to have Monterey and Santa Cruz nearby. Communicaiton with Pajaro Dunes was very good and helpful. Look forward to coming back.

This is a lovely place - so bright and airy! The neighborhood is very quiet, with easy access to short walks. Perfect if you bring your dog, too. I loved the little touches that make this place special, such as live plants, nice art on the walls, color-coordinated towels and furniture. Also, views of the surrounding hills. And a charger for our hybrid car! The apartment is squeaky clean; the hosts are responsive and helpful. Would love to stay here again on one of our visits to the Central coast!

Hannah’s place is comfortable and clean, and in a good location with several restaurants and activities within walking distance.

Our weekend away in Cambria was made perfect by having a place like this one to rest our heads at the end of each day! The studio with kitchenette was the perfect size for my husband and me. So cozy and felt one with nature with the location. Within driving distance of the main part of Cambria. Can’t wait to come back in the future!

This unit was really lovely. I had another booking cancel last minute, and this was a life-saver! Joelle and Sandra went out of their way to be helpful and responsive, and apart from a snafu when the Uber driver dropped me in the wrong place , the instructions were clear and accessing the apartment was super easy. The place was beautifully furnished and they had left a welcome note and small gift, which was a really nice touch. There was also water in the fridge. The bedrooms and bathroom have plenty of space, and there were spare towels and linen in case needed. Overall just perfect for what I needed, and lots of thoughtful touches. Starbucks and a Safeway are also walking distance, which was also great. I would definitely stay there or in one of their other properties again.

Book this home for my boyfriend and I while we were visiting family and it was great! The hosts were very friendly and were very helpful as well. Would definitely book a stay here again next time we visit SJ!

I really enjoyed my stay here, the apartment was large and lovely with hardwood floors and thoughtful decor. It was nice to have a covered parking spot so close to the apartment, and I loved the little lounge seat in the bedroom. The closets were very roomy with big mirrors and there were lots of comfy blankets and towels and plenty of paper towels and toilet paper for guests. The bathroom had two sinks and lots of drawers and cabinets. The area was quiet and safe and the neighbors were friendly. I especially loved the water features on the grounds, and the patio had a perfect view of the fountains and beautiful redwood trees. The hosts were great and answered the few questions I had. It was very peaceful and I would definitely stay here again!

Probably the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in in terms of being a clean, well stocked place. So many little details done right. Charging docks on all the night stands. A “did you forget anything” toiletry basket in the restroom. The well equipped kitchen and selection of coffee from Keurig to Nespresso. A lot of care was put into this home and it’s well worth the asking price. As far as location, proximity to the beach, and views - that is all self explanatory. I had an amazing time, and will certainly book again.
