Beautiful cottage. Neat and clean. Very comfy. Short drive (10 minutes or less) to food and beaches. Loved the place, highly recommended.

Beautiful place right on the beach. Fully remodeled unit and very clean. Fully stocked kitchen. Our family had a great time staying at this unit. Already planning to come back in couple of months.

We were just passing through on a roadtrip and stayed here for the night. This Texas girl was very surprised to find no AC in the place but I’ve been told there’s not much of a need for it in California and I understand why now! We slept comfortably. I think it’s important to note that this apartment is on the third floor and there’s no elevator but don’t let that keep you from booking the place! We will definitely be back!

Brenda’s place is kept super clean and is one block off of the water. It’s up on a hill so it still has a good view as well. Brenda was communicative to ensure we were well taken care of and the value was excellent! We were able to walk right to the marina, the Big rock, restaurants and shops. The condo has a great tv, and stocked kitchen with coffee. I highly recommend this home to stay in!

We had a wonderful stay this past weekend! The place was very clean a day modern. We loved all of the amenities they offered. it was the perfect place for our family of 4 to relax in such a beautiful space. Thank you! We will be back!

Ann's place is awesome for exploring Monterey and the surrounding areas. It was great not having to worry about paying to park downtown. Everything you'd want to do is within walking distance, from the beaches to shopping and dining to the Aquarium. Ann was very accommodating and allowed for an earlier check in which was very much appreciated. Would definitely stay here again!!

We have stayed at many beach hotels and apartments and this may have been the best. Beautiful view of the beach, which is pretty quiet. And you can walk on the beach for a couple of hours in either direction. Also really enjoyed the location in Watsonville, which is the strawberry capital of the US. And nice to have Monterey and Santa Cruz nearby. Communicaiton with Pajaro Dunes was very good and helpful. Look forward to coming back.

Probably the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in in terms of being a clean, well stocked place. So many little details done right. Charging docks on all the night stands. A “did you forget anything” toiletry basket in the restroom. The well equipped kitchen and selection of coffee from Keurig to Nespresso. A lot of care was put into this home and it’s well worth the asking price. As far as location, proximity to the beach, and views - that is all self explanatory. I had an amazing time, and will certainly book again.

Amazing views and a peaceful location—waking up to the ocean and wildlife was unforgettable. This was our hub for exploring Carmel-by-the-Sea and Big Sur. A short 30-40 minute drive to Big Sur for hikes, and just 10 mins to downtown Carmel-by-the-Sea for great dinners. There’s also a handy general store at the bottom of the hill. A couple of notes: This is one of 4 units on the property. While listed as “entire home,” there’s a unit attached at the rear with a door that opens directly into your space through a hallway (for my wife’s peace of mind, we kept our bedroom door locked at night). Another unit is above, and one more is detached in front. That said, everyone keeps to themselves, and interaction is minimal besides maneuvering past their parked cars in the driveway. Also, screenshot the address and key code—cell service drops near the hill and the turnoff into the property is easy to miss in the dark the first time around. Thanks for hosting us, Emily & Mason! We loved it.

Place was beautifully decorated. The place made you feel like staying inside all day. The backyard made me feel like I need to redo my own backyard in inspiration of this one. There is everything you might need in this place. The beds are extremely comfortable, the place smells nice too. I definitely recommend staying here, I would stay again. Thank you for such wonderful accommodations. I will see if you have any others to check out also.

This house is absolutely perfect for a family trip to Santa Cruz. it had everything we needed and the location is unbeatable! The only thing I would change is there not being a large enough table for everyone to sit down for meals. Other than that, brilliant.

Dean’s place was great in terms of location, size and privacy. We’re familiar with pacific grove/monterey area so we knew what we were looking for. The house has (2) bathrooms which is great and appreciated as (1) bathroom abnb in the area are commonplace but with more than 3 people it’s great to have 2. House is located directly across from ocean walking path. You cross street and you are on the water-10 min walk to aquarium, cannery row, 10 min walk the other direction and you’re at lovers point restaurant. 10 min walk to downtown PG for many restaurants. Clean house, would stay there again for sure. Wife and I were there this time with 17yo nephew, 14yo and 12 yo sons. Plenty of space.

We loved our short stay here last year so we planned another trip this year! The location is beautiful, serene, and quiet. The house is clean, spacious, comfortable, and the views are amazing. We enjoyed the local farmers markets, great trails, daily walks on the beach, and easy access to towns along HWY 1. This is truly a special place we hope to return to again.

This is a great place to stay! The house was so clean..beautiful views..we saw a whale from the family room. Very hospitable, Bernardine was easy to communicate with. Our family cannot wait to return!

The house was great! The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very private. The view from the balcony by the dinning table had to be my favorite thing. Got to enjoy both breakfast and dinner with a nice view of a small part of the ocean and the lights glowing from Monterey as it is across the small part of the ocean that you can see from the balcony, separating the cities. The place is close within a 20min drive to several other locations such as Monterey, Old Fisherman’s Wharf, Monterey Bay Aquarium, Lover’s Point Beach. Felt right at home, would definitely go back.

Kristina’s place was absolutely beautiful and exactly as pictured. Breath taking ocean views and a short 5 minutes down to the beach. Kristina was very friendly checking in with us to make sure our trip was going good and if we needed anything. Would definitely stay here again !!! Great host great place and beautiful city !!

Wonderful condo nestled in the Pajaro Dunes Resort. We traveled with two elementary aged kids and they had a fantastic time. A great family getaway. We brought our own groceries and there was plenty of amenities in the kitchen for eating in every meal. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and beautiful views from the inside as well. We appreciated having the beach chairs & tennis items. The resort recreation area was a lot of fun and we spent several hours there. Comfortable beds and upgraded furnishings. Overall, a fantastic experience and we can’t wait to return again someday.

We had a wonderful short getaway at Sue’s place! The condo is just steps from the beach, pool, and jacuzzi. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was relaxing, and the ocean breeze was very refreshing. It was exactly what we needed to reset and recharge. Everything was just as described, and we would stay here again! Thank you, Sue!

We had a wonderful stay in Aptos! Hosts were very helpful, responsive, and flexible. You can tell they take great care of the house and think of all the details and amenities a visitor might need. Although we didn’t use the kitchen and bbq, everything you might need is there. The beds were very comfortable as well. The view is breathtaking, we even saw whales! It’s the perfect location to local restaurants, coffee spots, and grocery stores. Very close to Santa Cruz without the hustle and bustle. My family would definitely recommend and stay here again.

We’ve stayed at Pajaro Dunes before, but it’s been decades ago. Marc’s place was perfectly situated for privacy and views and was very clean and well appointed. The peacefulness and serenity were exactly what we were looking for. The beachy feel of the furnishings was charming and the unit included all that we needed including an upgraded and well furnished kitchen, a gas fireplace, a comfortable, king size bed and other essentials like extra blankets and a Kuerig coffee maker. Our only difficulty was when inadvertently trying to use the TV remote to change channels…Don’t Do That, Use the cable remote like it says in the instructions. Spent a thoroughly enjoyable four days here with side trips to Monterey and Carmel. Perfect home base for dining out and exploring the coast, and an excellent, proactive host.

This location is ideal for those who like easy access to hiking, walking, beach, pools etc. Also a short drive to Capitola, and Santa Cruz to the North. Views from the balcony are way better than the pictures. Stay here, you will not be disappointed.

We had a great stay. We would actually stay at this place again. It’s super close to the beach and all of the Pismo Beach area has to offer. Amber has an annual vehicular beach pass for us to use. We took advantage of enjoying the beach with our vehicle, and it was extremely convenient when we wanted to see the sand dunes. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. The couch was very comfortable. The bed was also very comfy. Amber labels things (even on light switches) and gives details on how to use things (locking the door, using the fireplace, everything!!). She offers her cell phone number to us, which is quite unusual. We usually have to wait for a long time for a response. Amber is SO detailed and had everything well organized that we never had to text her. SHE texted us to ask if we had any questions or if we needed info on where to go, etc. You know how friends want you to feel comfortable while staying over their house? That is AMBER! Thank you, Amber!
