Welcome to our charming, old (but newly renovated!) Orchard Park Village Farmhouse! Large, but cozy, living and dining spaces and a huge kitchen with all the amenities. We have 2 large bedrooms, each is a "master suite" with bathroom and walk-in closets. In one bedroom, the king bed can be converted to 2 twins, if required. Queen sleeper sofa in living room. We're a short 1/4 mile walk to all the village shops, restaurants and coffee shops. 2 off-street parking spaces, wifi, AC, and laundry.

Mike was an incredible host. We stayed for the George Strait concert at Highmark Stadium and he let us in a little early which was a huge help! He was very clear with instructions and very helpful. Highly suggest checking his place out.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The space was clean, cozy, and just as pictured. The bed was very comfortable, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the check-in process easy. The location was perfect quiet, safe, and close to everything I needed. I stayed here for a wedding that was close by and Justine's place was perfect! It had everything I needed. She took time and effort to include extra benefits like snacks in the kitchen and good soaps in the bathroom. This place is above her salon so I would recommend to stay here if you know you will not be extremely loud. Parking was easy and Justine included a garage door opener. I highly recommend this place!
