Atypical, new house, located between the port of Kérity and the lighthouse of Eckmühl. You will enjoy views of the lighthouse from all rooms and ocean views from the upstairs bedroom. On foot, the ocean is one minute away, the lighthouse 2 minutes away and the port of Kérity 5 minutes away! You will stay in a fully wooden, eco-designed house. On stilts, located on a large plot, planted with trees to the south and east. 2 parking spaces at the entrance.

On the ground floor you will find a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, a living room with office area and fireplace as well as a bathroom. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with a 160 bed, one bedroom with a 160 pull-out bed and a 90 bed, and also a mezzanine with sofa bed. Towels and bed linens are provided.

Le Département du Finistère ne s'y est pas trompé : il a classé ce lieu en Espace Naturel Protégé. Cette maison divisée en deux gîtes, appartenait à mes arrières grand-parents : mon arrière grand-père, Le Youtar de son surnom avait commencé la pêche à l'époque ou l'on ne pouvait naviguer qu'à la voile ...
